A version edited for use by people who aren't me can be found therein. You'll need a way to use PHP files, of course, but if a PHP file is going to help you in any way then I'll assume you have something to view them with.

Trust me, you wouldn't be able to figure out how it works unless you were willing to spend weeks looking through it and were a smarter person than I. I can't even understand it more than superficially and I wrote the thing, not least because it was sort of thrown together without thought to future modifications. Then modified.
Indeed, I'm rewriting it almost from the ground up to make it less terrible.
...Though I can show you a more primitive generator which spits out a Pokémon for each area and does nothing else, if you like and if seeing how to do that in PHP is useful to you.
