    If I use Rest to cure a burn, how many actions does just the burn-curing take? (i.e., if I want to wake the Rester up as soon as possible with Uproar)

    It's been 8 days and I'm assuming it's still having hardware problems, so I'll write up that round. Should I really make Zekrom command first yet again next round though (because of Trick Room)? That's how the move worked when you reffed it last week but it seems pretty unfair, especially given the nature of this battle.
