Well, not much going on right now, just classes. I do have spring break starting next Friday, so that means I get a bit of a break. (Even though college is more fun than being at home for the week). Poly and I are having fun being dorks over skype.

I honestly can't figure out why nobody's actually figured this one out yet? It's a pretty common trope in Pokémon fanfiction, albeit portrayed a bit differently than usual here.

Nah, not a computer. And, well, it was raised by pokémon (mostly an Absol) and by television, but it isn't either a human or a pokémon.

It shouldn't be too many more chapters before you get an explanation. The next one should be more or less ready to go after Wednesday, and then there's three or four more until you get a more concrete explanation of what's up with the narrator.

I've also thought that I wouldn't pass exams before and failed them, too. :P

I've been better. I have a very large exam next week, and I don't think I'm going to do well. Everyone else seems to think I'm going to do well, so if I don't, I'll have the bonus of everyone being ~shocked~ about it on top of feeling like crap for my own self. Not to mention that if I pass, it'll be over, whereas if I don't--not so much. So I'll be rather unhappy for the next few days.

Nope, not polphades, I'm afraid. There won't be any fakemon in this 'fic, polphades or otherwise. The narrator is something else entirely. I'm glad you're enjoying the 'fic, though--and you're right, as far as the child is concerned, it is whatever person it's "being" at the moment. That's part of why the 'fic goes to second person when it's transformed; it's basically telling itself the story of what this other person is doing. I'm looking forward to having it interact more with other people and pokémon in the future, too... at the beginning, it's mostly around pokémon that are used to its batshit, so I don't have a ton to work with. Thanks for letting me know what you think!
