  • Yeah, but like I said, if you were able to import/play Japanese games on your PS2, I'd be able to recommend two of the better games in the series, Destiny Remake, and Rebirth u.u
    Yeah, I'd have to recommend Abyss as well. If you had means of playing import games on your PS2, I'd be able to recommend a bit more, but as far as what's outside of Japan on the PS2, there's only Abyss and Legendia.

    Legendia's a good game, but the story left a little something to be desired, and the lack of multiplayer was a major disappointment, and the cast of characters were a little less than memorable.

    Abyss on the other hand, if you can stand lots of back-tracking, and a very irritating main character, go for it by all means; those two things put aside, Abyss is an excellent game, and it's easy to tell the Tales Studio went great lengths to flesh out the in-game technology. Character development is also really good as a plus, and abusing Agility stats through the game's growth system is awesome (If you look at some videos of people soloing bosses as Guy, you can tell they abused his Agility stat), and despite having an annoying main character, the cast of all major characters are awesome. So if you can find it, go for this one.

    Oh, and to emphasize my recommendation of Abyss: Jade is fucking awesome.
    Ah, for P4 you mean? I'm pretty sure that it's that last devil fusion, which means you have to finish your Devil Social before you can make him. Then I think he's a Pentagon or Hexagon fusion, prolly consisting of a couple of other devil personae. Edit: Wait, confusing shit is confusing. Do you wanna know how to fuse Beezlebub or "Baal" Zebub?

    Also, we should start discussing the Persona RP soon, along with Blazing and maybe one other Persona fan, since I'm finally (:/) kinda available. I dunno, where do you want to do that?

    In later news, my P4 disk broke. D:
    Yyyyeah.

    Man, I can't fuse any of the Ultimate Personas. xD I want the Justice one but I'm just so confused by the cross/pentagonal/hexagonal fusions...
    His Social Link was really interesting, though! And disturbingly homoerotic. Seriously. It's not even subtext.

    And I didn't max out Emperor :o I heard it was really funny! I maxed out Chariot, Magician, Priestess, Lovers, Sun, Strength and Justice c: (Stupid Dojima getting run over before I could love him up.)
    Rise's such a cutie. ;w; And I like Yosuke too. Probably because I can call him Failsuke and make fun of him for sucking so much.

    Favourite... I liked Ai, the Moon, actually. I never quite got to finish her Social Link but it was going in an awesome direction :< And the nurse (Devil?) was cool. AND NANAKO AND DOJIMA oh my god :( saddest Social Links everrr.
    Ahh, yeah, I've seen that. Top left is cute. <3 And I made Rise my girlfriend rofl :B her crush on the protagonist is just too cute, okay. And the Lovers arcana is just waaay too appropriate.
    Persona 4 is awesommmeeee and I totally don't have a girlcrush on Naoto at all or anything.
    But yes. *g* also lol @ Kanji with the glasses. Even though only Yukiko found it remotely amusing.
    You just have to post a filled out app. in the RP and I will check it. If you already have let me know. If I didn't approve your character then I'll go back and look for it.
    1.Wait, when have you played Persona 3, sug? If you've been watching Youtube videos, shames on you. 2.Yeah, that would be the overall idea of it. 3. thnk u vary much good sir.

    Dude, I'm totally not thinking about Rping right now. The last couple of weeks have been so ridiculously busy, including this weekend, and then I'm leaving for Quebec on Tuesday (<3). Won't be back till Sunday, so you're gonna hafta wait a little. D: But yesh, we should do some serious brainstorming sometime soon. I'd totally reserve fool. I'd also like the story too be unrelated to the prior stories, but anything works. But still, we should save this talk till I get back. mmkay?
    Hmmm.... I'd have to say Galamoth, from Symphony of the Night. Not only is he massive (Being the first boss in the series to have only the legs visible on screen. I don't think I've ever seen the entire top half of his body...), but he does insane amounts of Lightning damage, with attacks where the damage that never seems to end, and a nice little kick that might as well be an OHKO. The only way I've ever been able to beat him without wasting massive amounts of MP through Alucard's mist transformation is by equipping an accessory that absorbs lightning damage...

    Second would probably have to go to either Dracula, or Death in Order of Ecclesia. Being that it's the only game that Death has ever been remotely difficult in, other than Lament of Innocence (NIM NIMS) and he was... Hard, to say the very least. Dracula on the other hand, was really only hard cause he actually had more than two attacks...

    No, on second thought, I'll have to give second hardest to Succubus in Dracula X Chronicles/Rondo of Blood. Damn near impossible to touch ;~;
    It's just so freakishly hard, not mention massive, and can KO you in a matter of hits if you're not extra careful, and you only get a whopping 10 exp for beating it, which is kinda lame, considering how it's an extra boss.
    Punch-Out with Legion is never fun. Try fighting Granfaloon in Symphony of the Night with only fists, and that'll make doing it in Aria look easy. He has 8 sections to get rid of in Symphony, but nothing's as ridiculous as Legion in Curse of Darkness D:
    lol, I've always felt it was Konami trying to make up to 'casual' gamers on how Symphony of the Night was fairly difficult.

    Aria's the only game in the series, other than Lament that holds a candle to Symphony... The only problem is that it's just so easy ;~;

    That's still awesome though. You should do a Naked Soma run :D Those are always fun xD
    Nah, it's not hard. It's just a little on the aggravating side due to the fact that your party members seem intent on screwing up every set up you get for an All-Out Attack, their enjoyment of attacking with the element an enemy is weak to, and just overall stupidity. Which is why I really can't wait for Persona 3 Portable, which not only lets you play as WOMENZ, and a slightly extended/altered story, but you can use Direct Command strategies for your party members to control them.
    Mmm... I'm gonna have to say Lucifer. Although I am quite fond of my Thor, due to the fact that I'm in love with his resistance to Zio, as well as Arms Master, and Null Physical. I just love Lucifer for Spell Master, Repel Light, and Absorb Elec though.

    Thunder Reign was very disappointing in this game though. It got seriously nerfed in this one, cause in Persona 3, it was one of the best attacks in the other. Though seeing as though 4 didn't have Fusion Skills/Spells, it's only natural it would get nerfed =/
    Modesty forbids me from agreeing with y- *brutally murdered.* I'm looking forward to when everyone returns and suddenly have to deal with Yami marik.
    Well originally I was only going to make it canines because of the theme. It's based off of a couple of real world issues mainly revolving around Illegal Dog Fights but to give it more variety in characters I allowed felines.
