Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • Wait, so why are you so bent up about Kanji if you haven't played the game yet :/

And if you haven't played P3, get that one first.
    aaaaaaaaaa

I think I may go with the Kirlia, since I've had the idea for her longer :P But we'll see how things work out.
I've actually been wanting to play a Banette, Mismagius, or Kirlia for a while... I have a few ideas for each species (like my homicidal Banette char, the gypsy Mismagius, and creepy-child-esque Kirlia. I like Kirila.)

RP ideas... I've been wanting to do an 'After the Apocalypse' sort of thing, where the world is in ruins and we have to survive... I love that sort of stuff :D
A little lower time than yours. 2 minutes, and 10 seconds if I remember correctly. Red Minotaur, Chaos Ring, 9 of every soul you can get more than one of, and the Headhunter souls are perfect for that.
Or, maybe you could just use all the characters. :/ How far are you? I don't see your obsession with Kanji. Good character, not so good fighter. D:
Well if you're going to use Kanji, at least at that little hilarious furball of love to your party. D:
You niggas talkin' about P4 withough me D: Teddie <3

Now, stalking over Blaze's comments, I now have something relevant to say. You don't need Kanji if you have Chie. sarsly
I don't think I used anybody but Yosuke, Chie, and Yukiko xD My MC could dole out Zio skills just as good as, if not better than Kanji >.> I did use Naoto for one dungeon though, and I do love how she learns Almighty skills.
Izanami you mean? =P She's not too terribly hard. The difficulty mostly depends on your levels, and what Personas you have at your disposal during the battle, as well as the strategy you use. It helps to keep Thor on you for Physical and Zio skills =3 While I didn't really find it too difficult myself, like all of the other boss battles in Persona, or any SMT game for that matter, it requires a certain amount of strategy, and it can take a while to finish (Fighting Nyx at the end of P3 for my first time was ridiculous; it took me just over an hour! The fact that it has 13 forms doesn't exactly do any justice though...), so it's really just a matter of knowing what you're doing, and what it is exactly that your up against. Plus, if you keep the basic party of Yosuke, Chie, and Yukiko from the beginning of the game, it really isn't that difficult (Power Charge and God's Hand are amazing on Chie's part, even if you don't get the latter 'till the late 60's, and Yukiko's Salvation is a godsend. Yosuke's just an all around handy guy to keep around.)
Whoa, whoa whoa. I don't recall if I actually said this already because I was planning it but I've been away for awhile but HOLY CARP SUE!! I feel like playing Cave Story again~ ;-; HEART. <3 YOU HAVE THE BEST AVATARS.
Umm, well I like both of them a lot. Both of them had quite a lasting impact on me as games, especially storywise, and their characters are really, really good, but 4's are better, and they're easier to connect with, as a teenager. The biggest differences between the two though are difficulty, and battles; Persona 3's battle system doesn't allow you to control any of the characters except your own, so you kinda have to grit your teeth if the party AI does something really stupid, and plus, the game's already rather difficult. 4's at least lets you control your other party members in battle too, but it's not a very hard game...

I guess in short, it's hard for me to decide which is better, because I really like them both a lot, but if you want a difficult game, with a slightly darker mood to it (All of the blue you see doesn't exactly help @_@), but an epic story, by all means, go for Persona 3. If you want something easier, more lighthearted and a bit more humorous, characters that you can connect with easily, and more than one dungeon, go for Persona 4.

It's one of those things where both games cover for each other's weaknesses, so it's hard for me to make that recommendation, plus, I have no idea what you might be looking for in an RPG. But whichever one you DO decide to get, just be ready to dedicate a small portion of your life to beating it; both games have about 120 hours of story, so if you're like me, and you take your time, it'll take about 130-140 hours to finish everything.
You can take your time deciding if you'd like. Just let me know when you make up your mind.

And no, I haven't downloaded it yet. Sometime soon, though. :3
Hey! Just wanted to know if you're still interested in Rift in the Dimensions. We're having a bit of trouble with the lack of active posters, but if you're not interested, that's okay. Just let me know. :D
I've heard of it, but I've never gotten around to playing it. It does look very interesting, though. :D
