    well, pathos didn't complain about my interpretation of its commands, so. beside, I will interpret commands in the way that minimizes the amount of effort I need to put into describing the execution of the moves in the reffing.

    but still, let's see. I think was reading them as independent substitutions, rather than a linked set of commands. ah, well.

    fast reffings can happen sometimes, you know. is it shocking after the four-week wait for the first reffing. maybe it should be.

    the scale I'm using for viki vs vixie is +20 per boost.

    haven't really settled which scale I'm going to use you two as guinea pigs for, but considering some 15 per boost for "average" (around 65-ish) speed, and in range of +5 to +25 per boost before other modifiers, more for pokémon faster intrinsically.

    either way, lucario isn't like, ninjask or drifblim fast, so pretty much +2 outspeed.
