  • also also i am starting my rewrite project :o. well more specifically i am rereading the three super editions that take place before Into the Wild in order to create a consistent timeline and also figure out what characters I should fuck with in Into the Wild in order to keep consistency.
I believed that he wasn't quite sure what was going on. Longtail seems kinda insecure and he like adopted tigerstar's personality cause he wanted a thing, whereas darkstripe really did follow tigerstar.

    it's verrrrrry mild trust me.

there's not many notable thundercat deaths in series 1.

because anyone else could make him evil and we don't want that!1

yes it did but actually later books kinda. don't care about this? and one listed the warrior code and that rule was not in it so maybe it's like a thunderclan leader's decision but it's not in the code.

they're young why /can't/ berries be tasty treats. i mean human toddlers eat like anything :p as for the others um well maybe they're hoping no cat will try to eat deathberries /because/ cats don't eat deathberries but then sorrelkit and cloudkit were impulsive or something?? hey could happen.

also to give bluestar an excuse to hate starclan even more

    idk why mentoring *shrug*

i might change it to smells good yes. would make sense

as for plants actually after they move there's a deathberry bush in the camp and nobody ever tries to eat them again, also the medicine cat tends to a catnip store outside the camp and there might be good plants inside the camp idk.
to be fair darkstripe showed he couldn't be trusted in ADP when he knew about the dog attack and didn't tell anyone whereas longtail didn't know and told firestar about what he'd witnessed!!

i think it's like because he keeps referring to spottedleaf by name and not like "i have to listen to spottedleaf she's a member of starclan" or even "i have to listen to starclan" it's like "SPOTTEDLEAF IS IMPORTANT TO ME"

yeah i'm uh planning to rewrite the fire-spotted interactions in the first book to make a lot lot more sense. because you're totally right. i picked up on the hints the first time i was reading but i'm also a weird shit.

also don't forget firestar's kind of an idiot

re runningwind: uh perhaps not?? i mean he hasn't been with the clan long enough to see ALL THE CATS die.

maybe because with gray and fire there was no immediate threat to the forest whereas with sand and dust tigerstar was still a thing and you want your warriors to be as super well trained as possible.

i think maybe the implication is kits aren't allowed to /leave camp/; bramblekit catches his mouse in the ravine, accompanied by goldenflower.

and uh since kits aren't meant to leave camp!! where would they find deathberries. so there's no reason to take them out of camp and go "these are deathberries. don't eat them." and then not let them out of camp for another four moons

mentoring well some people are shit teachers!! firestar has to be a good one though.
though that's uh true since all deputies have to have apprentices?? idk man.

as for berries well they eat herbs all the time for sickness who's to say they don't like at least some of them or are omnivores now.
:o I've seen that website before! My math teacher sometimes plays Khan Academy videos in class.
Btw, I did a patched version of a scene from Into the Wild! I tried to fix it to get rid of some inconsistencies discussed here. If I ever do the actual patched versions I'll do as much word-for-word as I can but I don't have the book in front of me so this is just as much off the top of my head as I can.

"Redtail died a tragic death," Tigerclaw explained, scanning his eyes across the shocked crowd, "killed by Oakheart."

As soon as the great warrior had finished his sentence, outraged caterwauling let off across the entire Clan, with cats on their feet hurling insults at Tigerclaw.

Firepaw turned to Graypaw in shock, only to realize that his friend was on his paws as well, thick tail lashing. "Graypaw!" Firepaw yelled, struggling to make himself heard over the noise. "Why are they screeching at Tigerclaw?"

"We're not," Graypaw explained, turning to Firepaw. "We're screeching at Oakheart. It's against the warrior code to kill a cat of another Clan in cold blood!"

The caterwauling of the cats was drowned out by an even louder, more furious caterwaul from the front of the crowd. Firepaw briefly caught a glimpse of Bluestar on her paws, every hair on her body fluffed up in anger. Firepaw shivered. His leader could truly be intimidating when she wanted to be.

"Oakheart would never kill another Clan's deputy in cold blood!" she spat. "Are you sure that's what you claim to have seen, Tigerclaw? This will have serious repercussions if Oakheart really did kill Redtail intentionally!"

Tigerclaw looked taken aback for a brief second; Firepaw figured he had never seen the normally calm she-cat this angry. Firepaw couldn't blame the great warrior; he would have never expected to see Bluestar like this, and he'd only been with the Clan for a day!

"I didn't mean that Oakheart killed Redtail in cold blood!" Tigerclaw growled. "I saw the two of them fighting. Oakheart had Redtail pinned down and he bit into his throat - a warning bite, those that we give to cats of other Clans in the midst of battle. But he must have bit down slightly too hard, or in the wrong place - because suddenly he sprung back, screeching, as Redtail's fur became soaked with blood. I sprung over and tried to help him, but I was too late, and the wound was bleeding too much - he died before any cat could have had the chance to save him."

This seemed to appease the cats - or appease them as much as telling them the truth of their deputy's death could have done; they broke off into discontented muttering. Even Bluestar relaxed; Firepaw could see that her muscles were still tense, but her fur had calmed down and she sat down at the front of the crowd, looking once more like the dignified cat Firepaw had grown used to.

"StarClan did not intend the death of our deputy to go unpunished, though!" Tigerclaw yowled once more, sounding triumphant. Firepaw pricked his ears; the ThunderClan warrior was not finished, it seemed. "I chased Oakheart away. I was planning to avenge Redtail's death by ensuring that the battle was not in vain - I wasn't going to let another piece of ThunderClan territory fall victim to the wiles of those RiverClan cats! Oakheart fled from me around the boulders, when suddenly there was a tremendous rumbling and rocks tumbled down on top of him. They must have been dislodged by the fierce battling atop the boulders by our other warriors. Oakheart screeched in agony but didn't make another sound when the boulders had settled. The RiverClan cats assumed he was dead and fled."

"So Oakheart died too," Firepaw murmured to Graypaw.

Ki you jerk, what if the server had been busy >:( As it was I was in suspense for like 10 seconds wondering what this mysterious notification could be! Ki but thanks for the VM. Now you're on my page again.
I think your posts are excellent and I always enjoy reading them. You're always so willing to explain things and talk in great detail about things and I think it's awesome that you care so much about topics to do that.

And thanks! I'm not a huge arts person but it's still kind of nice to get compliments on my artwork. :3
Can I just say your dedication to subjects enough to post really long things about them is completely awesome and I greatly admire it!
Kiru it is okay! I did the very same thing this morning and I am annoyed! >:( I will talk to you later!!
hey cool! I will download it and look at it later!

today in my classes (eep!) I was messing around with algorithms for my generator and I think I came up with some good ideas! I'll tell you about them later.

also I feel much less sick! yay!
of course Hiikaru! this stuff has always bothered me so I thought a lot about it today and decided to let it out. our biology shouldn't define us. this may be wrong but I felt that was a strongly feminist message so I don't know why there is so much resistance to this. but anyway I am really glad that you put together a post as well, I thought it was a good one! try your hardest not to let it get to you, I guess, is all I can say! you're great Hiikaru!
! Oops I still haven't managed a response PM! :c Hiikaru I helped out opal he was moving all his things! :o How are you how's Qwill how's Bug!!
