My problem is that it's gross and I don't see how it could be arousing to anyone ever.
Of course there are far worse things out there but this is bad in a 'hahahaha what in the blue fuck' kind of way.

The very first result reads "NSFW - Not Safe For Work | Videos and Pics". That would answer his question.

Of course you wouldn't do an image search for NSFW, but a google web search or looking nsfw up on Wikipedia tells you what you need to know.
