Each day, you are given a canvas to draw an artistic rendition of a night action you would like performed (X does Y action on Z). You may not attempt to draw any killing actions.

Passive: Shared Doodle
You are, however, aware that this is a shared canvas with multiple other doodlers, and at the end of the day all doodlers' canvasses will be merged.
The merged canvas will be interpreted by the host to create the final night action.

Due to a few mistakes and irl circumstances on my end, I'll be extending night phase by 2 hours, potentially longer (depending on how long it takes me to rectify said mistakes)

Oooof. Numbers are really falling and it may be a lot quieter without Keldeo. Farewell, sweet prince, I never got around to rereading you.

I am going to bed imminently, but Dodge is still my chief suspect right now, and I might as well get a vote out of the way to get things going. Vote: Dodge

(Side note, unsure how much I'll be able to be here tomorrow; more likely on Sunday. Monday I'm flying to Japan and will probably be mostly unavailable.)

hi all! sorry I vanished again yesterDay, turns out playing Stellaris nonstop has some consequences ! the least of them not being that you potentially get sick

on the plus side, these night extensions have given me just enough time to fully recover; my fever fully broke yesterday. unintended positives yay

anyway, useful posting to resume soon, but firstly I just want to appreciate that henry fire emblem awakening (plus complementary blackbird) is just eifie now. we are our avatars and if I do something impactful next I might force you all to draw Tiki
 
Seems like not much has been happening today...

I feel like I should vote dodge since that seems like the popular thing to do but he doesn't really seem suspicious to me (since I'm new I probably just don't recognise signs of people being mafia).

I guess I'll wait for more activity before I vote.
 
don't think I'll be around much today because scary very bad thing is happening irl so I am trying to just chill. however I'm feeling kinda like Dodge is a designated miskill at this point. will elaborate when I am functional. reminder also that we're probably in MYLO
 
Yep, I was also thinking that we must be in or close to MYLO. I am inclined to agree with Eifie on Dodge being a miskill despite suspicion, because I suspected him and missingno? for similar reasons and obviously my missingno? read was off the mark. I'll be curious to know more about your thoughts on that when you're feeling up for more discussion, Eifie! And looking forward to MF's analysis as well.

In the meantime, I've been rotating the drawing in my mindcrowave. I feel like the Q shield is pretty self-explanatory, but given than Keldeo was vanilla and couldn't have drawn it, I'm a little lost on what the intention could have been behind the Keldeo-shielding-Eifie drawing.
 
ok sorry for delay. preface: I have mechanical information that Butterfree is town. (I think it would be a bad idea for me to elaborate further so please don't ask unless it's really really really important to you...)

in general I think we've been cannibalizing ourselves. the wagons on day 1 were both town, so I think mafia were just sitting back and watching since they had no need to draw attention to themselves. maybe 1 wolf was somewhere on a wagon, probably near the start because people making the later votes are the ones who get the most attention. but for the most part I think they were just watching.

living players who were off-wagon at the end of d1: xrunner, Ever, DarkAura, kyeugh.

d2 is harder to think about, because the tied wagons are a bit of a strange situation... and I think many people were clearly like, "idk, we could kill either". it's not necessarily true that both of those wagons were town, but it would make sense with so many people just not really caring where they went. I was hoping to bait someone out to do something by breaking the tie and also being like "lmao someone else match with me so we can #LetItRand" but it was pretty poorly thought out lmao and also eod was just sleepy in general and that could be because mafia didn't care or just because... they weren't here. idk.

the two people I'm looking at the most right now are DarkAura and MF.

DarkAura has, like I've said before, basically not been making any waves and just going completely under the radar. I don't think they voted at all until immediately after I voted them and tried to make people look at them more closely. then after that they came out with a longpost which, if they are mafia, I think was made to give an impression that they are definitely here and thinking really hard about the game while not really doing anything super alignment-indicative (which had that impact on at least Keldeo). I think they fit the modus operandi of a mafia team mostly just watching town destroy itself extremely well.

MF's main thing this game has been suspecting Butterfree and making associations off of that and not really doing much else notable. which could certainly be town in a tunnel, but as mafia is also an excellent way to be visible in the game thread while not actually doing anything that affects the game or would get that much attention on you. especially when the person in question is town (as I know she is), it's the easiest thing ever as mafia to make hypotheticals off of things you know to be false to give the impression of a contributing townie.

if one of both of DarkAura and MF are mafia, I honestly have very little idea who their teammate(s) would be which ties back to what I said before that they've very neatly avoided (purposely or not) making many associations with other players by making few to no reads (DarkAura) or focusing mostly on one player (MF). which also makes me feel even more strongly that at least one of them is mafia, because that's kind of what mafia do - limit associations.

now I can finally get to Dodge. I'm not sure if Dodge would be reasonably teamed with either of those two. DarkAura was at least surface level trying to get him killed, though it may have appeared inevitable and could have been them hopping on a bus. so actually, I guess I could see that.

MF, on the other hand, I actually think mafia MF white-knighting town Dodge is more likely than mafia MF protecting teammate Dodge. the reason for this is that MF came out with their defense when Dodge had, I think, 4 votes on him, and MF themself acknowledged that they probably wouldn't be able to do much to sway the wagons. they were also not really here after their long post about that, so I feel like that was an honest thought, that they didn't think they had much chance of saving Dodge with their defense. so if Dodge and MF were teammates, then Dodge would almost inevitably flip at the end of the day and make MF look very bad. but if Dodge was town, then MF would be proven right. so it would make a lot more sense, I think, for Dodge and MF not to be teamed.

I talked myself a bit out of my thought when I was thinking about if Dodge and DarkAura could be teamed, but given that at least one of the people I'm most suspicious of seems likely not teamed with Dodge, and that I think the mafia is sitting back and watching (which would imply (but not for certain) the d2 wagons were also both town), I think it would be a very bad idea to vote Dodge today.

re: MYLO, we started with 12 people, so the most likely number of wolves is 3. we have 8 people left today, so most likely we are in MYLO. (I'm not sure about the probability of 2 wolves and a lost wolf, though.)

about the drawing, missingno?'s role PM mentions putting together "X does Y to Z", so I think the intention would be "Keldeo protects Eifie".
 
and about MYLO, I think we should be careful not to have more than 1 vote on anyone until we're ready to make our final votes. because if there are 3 wolves, and 2 villagers vote another villager, the mafia could theoretically just hammer.
 
on mobile so I can't go as in depth as I'd probably like to, but!! I'm not sure how to refute much of any of that beyond just straight up role claiming, because I totally see the rationale! I'm just equal parts busy when talks are active and equal parts "I have NO clue how to contribute substantially when the majority of talks are just reads from and toward people I haven't interacted with in years and less about mechanical theorizing". It's a little intimidating, lmao!

So if I'm considered for the chopping block and we're at MYLO, that uhhh wouldn't be great for town!! My role is the Idea Doodler, the last (presumably?) unknown one. I drew the missingno? and Keldeo pieces on the first Day, then the Keldeo-protects-Eifie piece on Day 2, which is why I was so gungho about Dodge's single piece being mad suspect to me.

what do you think about my theory that the mafia are just sitting back, in general? do you still think Dodge should be voted out?
