Crazy Linoone vs. Kindling Queen

ALrighty, we'll have to destroy with Fafneer!

Let's start with Roar so we can keep big mouth immobile for an action. Then use Torment and end with Nasty Plot. Be it he uses any physical type moves be ready to buck to defend. If the bugger uses water type attacks just brace yourself. It'll all pay off but side step anything you can avoid last minute. Your speed ought to give you that much as well as first strike on every action.

(Lars, don't forget to keep note of his special stats!)

Roar~Torment~Nasty Plot

Start with Waterfall and continue using Waterfall for all three actions, unless you are Tormented, which then Water Pulse, then Waterfall. If the RNG gods are on our side, the dog might flinch or get confused. If it tries to side-step, just follow it around until you hit it.

Arena: A Very Large Chunk of 60% Cocoa Dark Chocolate

This is another one of Linoone's infamous food arenas. Although not as interesting as, say, a blueberry pie or a cup of tea, chocolate is still chocolate, and this very large chunk of 60% cocoa dark chocolate is the good stuff indeed. This chunk of chocolate is a rich, dark color, for it has been made from the finest cocoa beans grown in the region of Teakod, a place famous for it various foods and tea (mostly tea). A faint, sweet aroma hovers over the arena constantly. The battlefield is simple: a large, 30 by 20m (about 100 by 65 ft) rectangular chunk of chocolate. The chunk of chocolate seems to be infinitely tall, but falling off is impossible, for any Pokemon (or careless human) knocked off the arena will be magically transported back on. The chocolate is hard, but digging in it would be no problem at all, for it is easily malleable.

Chocolate is not chocolate if it does not melt, and the arena does just that -- it starts rock-hard, but will slowly soften over time until it becomes a slightly squishy (but still solid) block at the end of the fifth round. The chocolate then stops melting. However, extremely hot temperatures will cause the chocolate to melt considerably faster, and one can even create pools of molten chocolate (mmmm... delicious) with a flamethrower if one feels like it. The pool will gradually solidify into a soft solid though. The softened chocolate does not have much effects, unless you count squishiness as an effect.

The arena is, of course, edible. A Pokemon can spend an action to eat a piece of chocolate for a temporary caffeine-induced boost (Attack, Special Attack, and Speed +1 for 3 actions). However, the caffeine-induced crash aftereffect will cause the Pokemon to temporary loose -2 Speed, -1 Attack, and -1 Special Attack for 2 actions after the boost has faded. The boosts can be stacked (for example, a Pokemon can be ordered to eat 2 pieces of chocolate at once, which counts as two actions, and receive +2 boost in Attack, Special Attack, and Speed for 3 actions, but receive a 2 action crash of -4 Speed, -2 Attack, and -2 Special Attack).

Other: People and Pokemon allergic to chocolate are not recommended to battle here. The referee gets to keep the arena (which is an infinitely tall chunk of chocolate) after the battle is over.

KQ grabbed her next pokeball after recalling her Vulpix, seemingly taking her defeat hard. She threw it towards Crunch, and out of it came Fafneer the Houndoom, letting out a defeaning howl.

Crunch burst into laughter, seeing how thin he was, but stopped the instant he noticed that he was staying before a canine. Another One?

Fafneer looked around, keeping Crunch in his eýes all the time. With these theeth, he could easily shatter each and every of his bones, that is if he would live to do that. He did his best to become intimidating, the few fur he had standing up, his eyes glowing, he body taking on a battle position. After being more or less sure he was creepy enough, he let out a devastating roar towards Crunch, expecting the crocodile to cower in fear or run away, or something else.

Crunch, however, didn't seem to be impressed at all. In fact, his tiny brain probably didn't realize that the Roar was acctualy Fafneer's way of trying to intimidate him. Not shaken even a little, he started concentrating on gathering water in his mouth. Water started gurgling in his mouth, but Crunch didn't even hear it, for the roar swallowed any other noise. Second afterwards, Crunch zoomed towards Fafneer, water coming out of his wide in a wild flurry. Then, he spat a bunch of water before him in a form of a sphere, jumped on it- and it started moving forward quickly, like a waterfall that went sidewards instead of downwards. His whole body got covered in water moments latter, and the water started covering more and more space, its power getting boosted by almost every boost Crunch could give it. Then, almost in an instant, Crunch crashed into Fafneer, who was too busy Roaring to notice Crunch, and sent him flying backwards, his light weight not helping him at all. The water around Crunch disappeared, and so did the rain.

Fafneer, after landing on the cake, let out a howl of anger. His whole body hurt. Surely it was hard to believe that a single attack damaged him so badly- but still, it did. He wanted to let out his whole anger, to let the stupid Crocodile drown in it. And he could. His trainer commanded him to.
Shifting around angrily, he took a step towards Crunch, and started whispering him something. Crunch looked at him with an irritated look, showing some curiosity. Then, all of a sudden, Fafneer started swearing every single swearing word a pokemon could imagine, so horrific that I would get sued if I would write them angering Crunch and making his eyes turn red. Crunch started shouting on Fafneer, jumping around angrily and spitting towards Fafneer. Fafneer jumped backwards, and a smug look of satifastion covered his face. He managed to fool his foolish opponent.

Crunch started shaking his head angrily, and started thinking trough.
Audience: What? IMPOSSIBLE What did his trainer tell him? He had a forefeeling that that Fafneer would Torment him. That meant that he had a feeling his feelings wouldn't stand before these mocking words, which meant he didn't trust him...
Crunch started letting out a sad sigh, and then went back to thinking. Waterfall didn't seem to be such an impressive attack anymore- maybe he should use the other Option his trainer gave him. Yes! And maybe then he would show him he can beat that Fafneer.
Focusing on the battle once again, Crunch took on his battle position, his hands held in the 'im going to charge some 'kamehameha' aura sphere-like attack' pose. Slowly but steadily, water started charging between his 'hands', looking like a whirlpool in thin air. After a short while, a sphere of water appeared in between his hands. It was about the size of his head, not including the mouth, and surely enough to smash that Fafneer. He released it towards him, and it flew with astounding speed, smashing into Fafneer, who tried to block it with his horn, lowering the damage, even if not that much.

Fafneer groaned. It might have been the first round of the battle, but he was already battered and bruised all over his body. While it was only the start of the battle, and he still had a very big edge, the stupid aligator was dealing him such heavy amount of damage that he almost started doubting he will survive another round like this one. Shaking his fear aside, Fafneer started thinking, plotting. He started focusing on stuff like how he will torture that Crocodile, take out his ribs, make him suffer. His grinned, and the scars on his face looked even worse. He started laughing, his head full of fresh new ideas of how he should insinarate Crunch.

Crunch was a little bit disturbed by the laughter, but it didn't matter. The gurgling came back to his mouth, and he charged towards Fafneer, gliding inside yet another Waterfall attack, this one being a little weaker than the previous one. Fafneer, aware of the attack and the commands he was given, waited until the attack came really close...
...And jumped out of it's way just in time, watching Crunch zoom trough the place on which he stood a breath before. Still, the jump exhausted Fafneer a little, and he let out a sigh.

"End of the round!" The referee shouted, coming out of seemingly nowhere with a bunch of chocolate in his mouth. However, instead of a turtwig, it was Kenny, the Totodile replacement. Mumbling something like 'I ought to take that cake after the battle's done', the trainers started talking with their pokemon.

Reff's notes:
-It would be impossible to Dodge a Waterfall attack while howling, so I decided Fafneer would be left for Crunch's mercy on that action. And the RNG gods were on his side.
-Because Crunch is some kind of aligator, that means he shouldn't be all too afraid of Fafneer, so I made a dice roll to see if Fafneer managed to scare Crunch.
He didn't, because Crunch rolled a 95, and Fafneer rolled a 5.
-Linoone attacks first next round.
-When im rolling dice, high numbers are good, and low numbers are bad.
-The last Waterfall has been dodged, not that it matters.

Also, this is KQ's second pokemon, so you might want to fix the little round things signifying who has how many pokemon left.

Anyway, we're almost done here~ Let's start by, say, a Water Pulse because we can. Follow up with a Waterfall, then another Water Pulse. Chill if the Houndoom Protects, and if it suddenly gets Sunny, Rain Dance.

Water Pulse/Chill/Rain Dance ~ Waterfall/Chill/Rain Dance ~ Water Pulse/Chill/Rain Dance

Okay, your weaknened state is perfect Fafneer. We'll start by dodging the Water Pulse at the beginning of your first action and ending with Sunny Day to get it ready for your next action. Remain positioned about eight feet from Crunch. Use the speed to your advantage now and go on in with Solar Beam from where you stand. After he takes the hit, move closer for he'll be dancing to cast away the sun. End your opponent with Sucker Punch. THE END =3

Fafneer let out a growl, and quickly thought trough his commands. Set up a sunny day, use a Solarbeam, and then smash the Croconaw with a Sucker Punch. Good enough...
Fafneer started charging Solar power in his mouth, meanwhile running as far away from Crunch as he could. Unaware that theCroconaw knew what he was doing, he expected the crocodile to charge at him with some powerful attack. Wrong. Instead, Crunch sat there, watching Fafneer load a sphere of fiery energy. Talking of energy.. Fafneer forgot the sphere for a moment, but then came back to his senses. He let out a howl, and released it towards the sky, making the sun go up, and shine on the cake, making it start melting, warming up Crunch in an uncomfortable way, and making Fafneer's dark side cower.

It wasn't for long, however, because moments later Crunch seemed to set up his counter, a counter that might fairly well shift the battle. He started dancing around, fixing his mind on one thing- making it start raining. A blue glow covered his body, and as he jumped from leg to leg, water starter covering his body. And then, all of a sudden, he stopped jumping from leg to leg, and started moving his hands in circles, creating a ball of water between then. And then, he sent it towards the sky. The clouds started thickening, and rain started going down the sky, making the cake slippery, cold and wet, and the pokemon the two latter options.

Fafneer growled, and watched his fur become wet and lose all the nice heat he got from the sun. Worse, it was becoming dark, and he could hardly see any sunlight. Despite this fact, he still had to attack.
His whole body started glowing dimly, even if hardly, and it started attracting sunlight. Most of the glow went for the horns- and although it was extremly weak, it grew with every second that passed, and soon enough it would be big enough to be sent towards that stupid Croconaw. At the moment, however, it was such a small sphere in Fafneer's mouth that it wouldn't be enough to hurt a fly.

Crunch started laughing, seeing how desperate Fafneer was to get the small sphere into a real attack. He threw him a look, and then moved his body in a 'Look how it's done' way. Water started gurgling in his throat, slowly gonig up his mouth. Then, seconds later, he started spitting up the water, slowly creating a path for him to glide on. Then, he let go a stream of water, and jumped into it, Gliding silently towards Fafneer, and slamming into him, sending him flying and crashing into a puddle of pudding, covering him in watery Chocolate.

Fafneer roared in anger as he was sent flying, and he felt his head swirling.
However, there were two good points- after the round, he could lick off the chocolate, and second, the sphere in his mouth was big enough, even if barely. He let out a howl, seemingly saying 'prepare to be crushed', and the let go of the sphere, sooting a ray of light towards Crunch, and hitting him in the stomach, sending him stumbling backwards.

Crunch let out a squeak of pain, and lifted his look towards Fafneer. He let out a roar of anger, and then charged up a sphere of water in his claws. Moments later, using his desperation, the rain, and some more facts, the sphere became devastatingly big. He let go of it, and it zoomed towards Fafneer, who tried to jump out of it's way, only to find out he jumped the wrong way and felt how it slammed into his left leg. Bummer.
Moment later, he crashed face on into the cake, and stood up, head swirling...

-Waterfall was a critical hit, and was used while Fafneer charged solarbeam.
-Since it was raining, it took two actions.
-Poor Faffy hit the damage cap after the Water Pulse and got Confused.
Why? Crunch rolled a 93 and Fafneer rolled only a 10 with his escape try..

Ahem, I specifically told my Pokemon to make his move last forcing Crunch to use Water Pulse first. Therefore his Sunny Day wouldn't be cancelled out the first action making the rest of the reffing totally off point. >.> Please fix it Lars.

Fafneer readied himself, his mind set on dodging the next attack and on revenge.

Crunch, wondering what his opponent might be up, started preparing his next attack. Moving one leg forward and the other backward, he started focusing water type energy into his hands, and creating a sphere of water between his 'paws', powered up by desperation. Letting out a roar, he shot the sphere towards Fafneer, hoping it will hit him.

However, his hopes weren't in the right place, because Fafneer was ready for that attack. Waiting until the last moment, Fafneer easily jumped out of the sphere's range, frustrating Crunch even more.

Fafneer, happy with the results, started charging up his own attack. Flames started coming out of his nostrils, mouth, and ears, creating a sphere of flames before his mouth. Then, the flames became a ball of raw energy, and Fafneer shot it towards the sky, making the weather become extremely sunny.

Fafneer smirked, and let out a let yip, jumping on the spot for a moment and feeling how the sun filled his body. Putting fun aside, he put his mind back on the battle. He looked at the sun, and then crouched to a battle stance, quickly absorbing sunlight. A few seconds later, his body started glowing a bright yellow. Then, moving all the stored energy from his body to his mouth, he let out a brilliant ray of light towards Crunch, hitting him directly on the forehead and sending him flying backwards. The ray kept going, hitting the ground, creating an explosion and leaving a 10 Feet deep crater 25 feet from where Fafneer stood.

Crunch, standing up and shaking his aching head, let out a groan. His whole body was aching, and he was heavily from his chest. Shouting "I believe in the god of disco!" in pokemon langauge, he started dancing around, his body slowly getting covered in clouds. Then, the clouds moved up to the skies, getting filled with water, and then pouring down, covering the cake in water again, and filling the crater with water. In addition, the cake started getting softer, and both pokemon started sinking into it.

Fafneer, howling, charged towards Crunch, his forepaws filled with dark type energy. Finally, he had a chance to use an attack from his own domain. Disappearing in a puff of smoke, he reappeared just behind crunch, his right forepaw glowing a frightening purple, and struck at Crunch with the glowing paw. However, much to his dismay, he missed Crunch, landing next to said aligator with a thud.

Crunch grinned- despite the fact he was badly hurt, he still could try to inflict Fafneer some damage before fainting. Charging another ball of water energy between his hands, this time also powered by the weather, he released it towards Fafneer, hitting his head just between the two overgrown horns.

DQ Warning for KQ.

You have about 48 hours to post yours commands from now.

I know It's a little soon, but it might be possible the forums ate my post.

I too am sorry for the delay, I have a computer that crashed recently and am very cautious about it. Now before I do anything I have one other complaint. How did that attack miss if it has 100% accuracy (not saying there's no way it could miss like Aerial Ace, but the fact that there was nothing that would make him miss).

Water Pulse goes second and didn't require him to move so Fafneer should have hit him. =P

Acctualy, in ASB, no attack(expect stuff like aerial ace) ALWAYS hits.
That is, if someone uses Flamethrower on someone else but rolls a 1-5 out of 100, the attack will miss.
And in fafneer's case, the RNG gods weren't kind and he rolled a 2.
And in water Pulse' case, it really didn't require Crunch to move, but the unlucky roll made fafneer miss.

NOW BE HAPPY THAT YOU SCORED A CRITICAL HIT AND SHUT UP!

Fine, fine moody. >.>

Finish him with Crunch, the end. If he uses Protect then just Chill and Crunch afterwards.

Mulhaha I spy a loophole in your plans! What exactly is the Houndoom going to do after you Endure or Detect? That's right, Crunchy my boy, NOTHING. Since he would have already used Crunch (since you're not using Protect), he don't need to use it anymore. And thus we're free to to whatever we want.

Ahem. Endure first, and if the Houndoom doesn't attack (and he shouldn't, since KQ didn't order him to use Crunch after the first one fails), spam Flail. If the Houndoom does try to attack though, follow with a Detect, then another Endure. We're going to try to wear the Houndoom down as much as we can for our next pokemon.

Crunch, now on his last foot and about to faint, focused some energy on survival, his body getting covered in a faint glow made of several red energy sphere. In lightning speed, they flew around him, and in a split second, his body got covered in sweat and a yellow glow.

And not a second too soon- a split second later, Fafneer bit off Crunch's dick Crunch on the shoulder, making him bleed heavily from said place.
Crunch let out a roar of pain, and collapsed on the ground with a thud, sinking a little bit into the soft chocolate.

Crunch let out a muffled 'hmm..', and tried to stand up. However, his limbs hurt, and he let out another cry of pain. How badly he wanted to go back into his pokeball...
But he couldn't. He had to keep fighting. Standing up, he let his instincts lead him, preparing himself for the next attack.

Fafneer, amazed that the now heavily bleeding Aligator was still standing, charged towards Crunch(since he wasn't sure what to do), his mouth covered in another black aura.
He jumped forward, biting the place were Crunch's un-wounded shoulder was.

However, much to fafneer's dismay, Crunch was ready for this attack.
Closing his eyes, he let his focus show him Fafneer attack direction and location, and, without too much effort, dodged the attack. Once he was out of fafneer's range, he opened his eyes and sticked his tongue out, shouting "your too slow!".

crunch focused another charge of energy in his body- however, the lights simply fell after a few seconds, rendering the move useless.

Fafneer, realising what was going on, charged up another attack and towards Crunch, biting him on the elbow, and then started shaking him as hard as he could, throwing him a few meters away.

Crunch rolled on the ground, and let out a sigh as he slowly fainted, and felt how the pokeball's ray absorbed him.
Fafneer let out a victorious howl, the rain washing his body.

Arena description:
It is heavily raining(for 7 more actions).

There is a single crater in the cake, 10 feet from where Fafneer stands. There are lots of foot marks on the ground, and the place where Crunch fell now contains an aligator shaped, 1 foot deep hole. The ground is no longer solid, but rather muddy.

Referee's notes:
-Fafneers face is now covered in chocolate, while his teeth are covered in blood.
-The second endure failed.
-Crunch fainted on the third action.
-Linoone sends out and issues commands.
-I failref.

Twiggy, reptiles don't have penises hanging outside of their bodies. Only mammals have that. So, next time you try to be funny (which is what I am assuming you were trying to do here), please do some research first.

Anyways, back on track. That was brilliant stalling you did there, Crunchy, and you deserve the rest.

Meanwhile, Riley the Riolu, time to kick some Houndoom butt. Force Palm until the thing dies, unless it's going to use Counter, which then Vacuum Wave. If you get Tormented, switch between Force Palms and Vacuum Waves.

Force Palm/Vacuum Wave ~ Force Palm/Vacuum Wave ~ Force Palm/Vacuum Wave

Heehee, finally. Let's put this bag of bones to beatin' some ass! puppy butt!

Go on and begin straight away with Ashy Equalizer! With the damage cap he drops only to 55% but that's fine since there's no caps on energy. Meanwhile I'd like you to Chill the next two actions and hold your horns in the way of the next two Force Palms. That'll keep the damage per strike at 6. ;)

Acctualy, I know that reptiles don't have(insert disturbing private place name) like mammals do, so that was the part the should be funny.

Eh, I have sluggish humor. >.<
