• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

OH MY GOD SNOW

The snow stopped.

There's a tree in my backyard that went pretty crooked from the snow XD

More than a foot of snow in Virginia, and maybe an inch in northeast Ohio.

What backwards universe have I entered.

They've already called off school! My county that usually waits until 4AM the morning of to make their decision (and then wakes you up at said time with a phone call from a robot!)

Of course we're probably still going to have to go Tuesday, which will end up being my only day this week of school, but that's okay because all we do the day before break is party anyway. :v

We got out of school on Tuesday 2nd hour (at noon) because the power went out.
Finals Week ended on Friday and we have the next two weeks off, with about 5 inches of snow.
Yay for snowmen!

Damn tropics...

It's 29.5 degrees (85 to you Americans) here right now. Lucky you! (Yes, my room clock has a built-in thermometer. :D)

that is an awesome picture

also

WELL NOW IT'S 44 DEGREES >( and not supposed to snow anymore ;~;

What are we!? Neighbors!? It's 44 here and not supposed to snow anymore.......I thought the close to the Canadian border should have lots of snow...(North Idaho, to be exact.)

We got 3 feet where I live. We actually got snowed out of Virginia! My mom said that everyone was panicking. Ah, Virginians. Good sledding, though.

Ah, that is wierd.....Similar weather, opposite sides... After Christmas I'm going to our cabin up in the mountains. Last year we got OVER FOUR FEET THERE!!! But then our truck got stuck and we had to walk the rest of the way. But It was fun!

I went up to an area about an hour and forty-five minutes north of where I live and there was like half a foot of snow on the ground.

The storm barely missed us. *sigh*

Watching Calendar News and we were shown what the Yorkshire Dales are like and it was so white for so far that it looked like someone had just come through with the biggest box of Daz, Ariel AND Percil you could possibly imagine!

That said our League Tie against Wycombe is still on tomorrow! Should be another 3 Points for us!

Six in the morning. I had to leave for the science fair. Okay, so we only got a dusting but it looked very pretty c: especially the falling little crystals cause it was still kinda dark and with the streetlights scattered around here it looked shiny.
