Every single splice is butt-nommingly adorable, although the Flygon/Larvitar's mask's left side looks too thick near the middle and it's left wing has an unnecessary light pixel.

The last three revamps look okay, but on the togetic the outline shading gets darker near the head and the tyranitar's head looks really deformed. It's the horns probably.

(too many revamps in the project for me to look at them all so I'll just say that they're nice and ask why you didn't finish it.)

The Floatzel scratch has too much black outline on the body and the yellow part (what would one call that?). I prefer the Pikachu over teh rest of them. I don't even like Pikachu that much. C:

and and and because I'm lazy all of the other edits look pretty cool as well.

the backgrounds are eye burning yellow because it's gonna be transparent... so why not choose eye burning yellow? and i could really be bothered to make the bg transparent to show them off on one forum lol

Love the new sprites. <3 You've improved THIS much since I last kept track of people's spritin' stuffz.
In fact, I could make the text bigger, but people could get angry.
So, imagine the "THIS" is at like...a million point font. 8D
 
Your scratch spriting capabilities are fearsome. I particularly like the Combusken in the first post.

the last one is just an edit of the beta chimchar backsprite from dp, it was 64x64 so yeah...
 
My only problem is that the flying Goomba has black outlines on the wings. Some of them look kind of... off, ya know?

Otherwise, your sprites are awesome.
