Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

I just found out that one of my friends is a Pokemon fan, too!

One of my other friends was talking about how some people call her "oddish" for some odd reason. The first thing that popped into my head was the Pokemon, for obvious reasons.

Then my Pokemon-loving friend started talking about Oddish, and I was just like, "YOU LIKE POKEMON TOO?!?" It made me randomly happy.

(By the way, it would be totally awesome if she happened to be on here. ^^)

Ah yes, 'It's scientific name is Oddium Wanderous'.

Cool. That happened to me once. It felt awesome. It made me feel less lonely inside. He's not so much a freak anymore, but oh well.

I wish that would happen to me right now. My best friend is nice and awesome and everything but she is one of those random people who say Pokemon lowers IQ and there is scientific proof.

Awesome. I know how you feel - I found out in the summer that one of my friends plays Pokémon (And coaxed him into joining the forums, too~).

Hooray for you!

I used to be one of those people. Until my friend coaxed me into joining Pokemon Crater (I can't believe that place shut down last year!). Then one thing led to the next, and before I knew it she was constantly phoning me to ask questions about her Pokemon games, such as 'When does *insert Pokemon here* evolve?' Of course, I've had to point her to GameFAQs several times before, but now I find myself recalling these things by memory.

Now enough about me, this isn't my thread. But Flora, that must've been pretty cool.

That's cool! :D
That happened to me back in September, when putting Pokemon cards on our ID tags became the new "craze." I found out that everyone I ate lunch with (well, except a few people) liked Pokemon, too! :D

You mean forced don't you?

Well, no, I just showed you a thread, I think, and you decided to join from that (I can't remember which thread it was, actually...). I may have suggested you joined, but forced? Oh, no no no no.

Aww, I'm happy for you :) It's so awesome when you find people who like the same stuff as you~

I think all my friends play or have played the Pokemon games, and they all like it. Which is odd, considering most of them are adults, but whatever X3

Ugh. I have friends who used to like Pokemon, but then "grew up". Now they say **** every sentence.

At least I've got one friend who's stayed faithful. I met him by chance when he was sitting alone readinth the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue manual, and the friendship kicked off from there.

A group of people that always hang out together, the last people anyone expected to be fans, turned out to like Pokémon. Ever since, I've realized that a lot more people probably like Pokémon than you think. Since those five told the world, a bunch of other Pokémon fans have been admitting it, and now it's pretty cool at my school, not considered babyish or immature.

I know how you must have felt, Flora, it's awesome to have someone who likes the same unexpected thing as you.

quite a few of the more popular guys in my school like pokemon seriously these are guys that generally pick brawn over brains and they're talking about pokemon I mean one of them had a GBA with Ruby in it with them at school one time

Mind you the one real conversation I engaged in with them quickly degenerated into who'd you have sex with from the games and it ended beautifully with one guy who knew nothing about the games just said "I'd have sex with your mum" and then the bell went for the end of lunch and it was just brilliantly timed and yeah

Flora, fans turn up in the most surprising, and sometimes creepy, places. Keep that in mind, and you'll find more to INFECT AND DRAG HELPLESSLY TO A COMPUTER WITH THE TCoD REGISTRATION PAGE UPON IT'S BLOOD-STAINED SCREEN AND EIGHT SACRED SACRIFICIAL PENTAGRAMS cough cough I mean um you'll find more to introduce to this place! Yeah!

I found out my boyfriend likes pokemon. He's way to sane to already be on the forums though. Mind you, he has his moments xD

In fact, if you like pokemon now it's not geeky.
