• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open Power Plant

((Um, you're not in "the facility" anymore. The whole reason I got to attack Hax is that he walked right into the generator room where I had been staying. You're in the power plant at large.))

((Now i find out, damnit.))

DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT I MISSED SO MUCH....

Xizzle flew down the hallway towards the explosion, and soon after, Zapdos's cries opf frustration. He looked at the charred ground around him, the fainted Pokemon, and a disorienjted, nearly destroyed Hax. "Wh-WHAT THE HELL?!" He sceeched. "HAX, STRIKER.... Zapdos, what happened?!" He continued in anguish.

"THIS DAMNED ELECTRODE ASPLODED! STRIKER IS MISSING. XIZZLE, FORM TWO SEARCH PARTIES. ONE HEAD NORTH LED BY BARRY. ONE AOUTH BY YOU"

((Yes Barry is supposed to find Striker there. Near death.))

"WHY MUST ELECTRODE ASPLODE?!....." He sighed. "I'll get on it. But I have no idea where "AOUTH" is, so I'll go South by default." He stated, poking around the room for Barry.

((fuck you steele. You know I use Asplode, and it was a typo.))

"SHUT UP." Cried Zapdos.

((Man, is that the way to treat your right-wing... uh... genderless thing? O\_/O))

Ingnoring Zapdos's whining as he found Barry, he beeped to get his attention. "You, start forming a group, head North, secure the perimeter, look for Striker, kill any rebellion bastards you come across."

((dammit not in the mood))

"Rebels, taking away everything I have. Hurting or maybe even killing my members..." spoke Zapdos, to no on really, "Who... Who did this... WHO?" cried the bird as a Thunder was fired in every direction, hitting and killing a Weedle outside the Plant.

It was a cloudless day in June. The young lovers sat by the river, staring into each other's eyes.
"I don't know what I would do if I didn't have you," said the Manectric to his girlfriend, "Promise me you'll never leave me..."
"I will never leave you," the Jolteon replied, and she gave the Manectric a soft kiss on the nose, "I promise." She expected to see a warm smile on his face, but found only a look of distress. He had heard the same from his mother five years ago. Where was she now?
"If we ever are split apart, I will find you right here by the river," she reassured, "Our spot..."
That seemed to put a little bit more hope in the young Manectric, as a flicker of a grin flashed across his face. He was about to say something back to her, but the ground began to tremble below the lovers’ feet.

The enormous, iron serpent swung a destructive blow at the girl, and knocked her flat on the ground. "Sienna!" the blue and yellow dog cried out, before he was slammed headfirst by the beast.
"Good job, Steelix!" yelled a tall figure from behind the iron snake. "Now I finally have a Jolteon for my collection!" He threw an ultra ball at her. She struggled, but it was no use. The trainer had caught her.

The manectric summoned all his strength from deep within, and unleashed a terrifying blast of lightning at the foe. The Steelix remained unharmed, and the trainer bellowed with laughter. He then had a thought. "This manectric may be useful too..." his fingers made their way to the ultra balls around his waist.”Steelix, show that puppy who he's messing with. Use earthquake!"

Before it could even think about it, a beam of gold descended from the sky. The bird of thunder knocked the iron snake out with a single hidden power ground, and flew at the trainer. Zapdos' talons tore a gash in the side of the trainers face.
After calling back his Steelix, he ran in the direction of the Pokémon center, screaming out in pain.

"SIENNA!" wailed the Manectric "Don't leave me here. Don't leave me, please!"

"NO!" barked Striker. He was sweating heavily, although he had been asleep for the last several hours. He swallowed back the pain, and took a look around. The Pokémon center was behind him; the river, rushing at the speed of Striker's rapid heartbeat, lay in front of him. "I've got to get back home," Striker muttered to himself, "This place brings back too many cold memories..."
