• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open Rebirth of Sin.

Oh dammit.

Mourmedy had already been at the scene, her cool eyes looking calculatingly at the corpse.

Cool. Cool like ice... she just had to keep it cool for the idiots. Being leader was like shepherding a bunch of idiots... it was rather like babysitting. And a bit like politics, she thought. One had to keep cool under the public eye... otherwise they would view her as weak. A good leader was strong, a good leader was fearless.

Cool as ice.

But even as she looked at the body, she was somewhat horrified. The realization came crashing down like a load of bricks.

That could've been her.

Those stupid rebels... they were like terrorists. Damn terrorists. Deaths! Killings! Unreasonable...

They were just blind terrorists. They stood in the way, in the way of progress. Ignorant fools. There was always something, always some obstacle. It was life. And it sucked.

The rest of her fools seemed gathered around the body, like vultures around carrion. Shock... gape mouthed... stupid.

Cool as ice.

"Remove the body off the premises." She said dully, her eyes averting themselves from the sickening spectacle.

"Who is it and what do you want?" said Jason sounding slightly angry and almost shouting, "If it's not important then don't even bother trying."

"Mhmhwhaaaaaaaaaat...?" Opal groaned. She'd nearly collapsed halfway out the door, and was now back in bed with her pillow covering her head. Not wanting to get up at all, she again struggled out of bed and to the door. As she opened it though, her legs gave way and she sank to her knees pathetically.

"Hmmwhatisiiiiit...?"

((EEP so sorry I forgot about this D:))

"Mhmmwahateverrrrr..." Opal moaned, again trying to struggle to her feet. This time she actually managed to, and she trudged out of her room toward the lounge, stumbling all the way.

((I think I'm already in the lounge, but teleport ftw))

Vai looked up at the door, and put down her laptop.
"Hmm? Whosit?" It'd probably be important, so she turned her laptop off.
((Sorry for holding things up ;_;))

"Kay, be down in a bit," Vai called. She put the laptop back in it's bag and looked over the room.
"Lesse... weapons. Weapons are important." Vai grabbed the sheaths from where they hung over a chair and nodded to herself. "Ready." She opened the door and grinned at Kai, before moving around him and heading down to the lounge.

'Aaaargh, my head's killing me, I need to get some air' thought Jason as he looked up at the ceiling. His eyes quickly darted towards the door, as if there was something there, then he stood up and walked over to the door and tried to hear if anyone was coming or if they were near. Nothing. He took this oppertunity to sneak out of his room and try to make an exit without anybody noticing him. He managed to get as far as the lounge before having to hide.

"Ah great, Vai. I'll have to find a way around." he whispered to himself."Damn, Looks like going straight through is my only option at the moment"
