Rules:
Person 1 posts what game they are using, and if they have access to trading.
The next six posters tell them what Pokemon goes on their team.
Example:
User1: Using Pearl with Trading
User2: You get a Pikachu.
(etc.)
The next six posters do not have to wait to start their challenge if they are so inclined. If more than two people are requesting challenges, use the following format:
User1: You get a Nosepass.
User2: You get an Audino.
Rules for assigning Pokemon:
No obviously useless Pokemon such as Magikarp, Luvdisc, Caterpie, etc.
This is a CHALLENGE, so make it challenging. However, if this is their first challenge, don't be too hard.
Obey all of the challenger's requests. If the challenger says that they do not want a certain Pokemon on their team, respect that.
No Pokemon that are impossible to get, for example a Alakazam in a Sapphire Challenge without trading or a Dugtrio in a Pearl Challenge without trading (or migrating for that matter)
All Pokemon must be obtainable before the challenge is completed. (Comlpetion times are below)
Red/Blue/Yellow: After battling Mewtwo.
Gold/Silver/Crystal/Heart Gold/Soul Sliver: After defeating Red.
Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald: After battling Rayquaza.
Fire Red/Leaf Green: After defeating the second wave of the Elite Four.
Colosseum/XD: After clearing the Story Mode AND Mt. Battle.
Diamond/Pearl: After battling Giratina.
Platinum: After battling Dialga or Palkia.
Black/White: After battling Kyurem.
Other rules:
No migrating in Gen 4 games.

Extra challenge for Generations 3, 4, and 5: Beat the Battle Tower/Frontier/Subway. The Battle Factory does not need to be cleared.
For Colosseum/XD: Clear Story Mode, Mt. Battle, AND the Colosseums.
Aaaaaaand to start, I will be using Black without trading.
