Siofra picks up her satchel, opening it to see that everything was packed. She mutters softly to herself as she sorts her supplies.
"Book of plants...flask of water...bottle of weak potion...quills and ink...spare clothes...parchment..."
Once she was sure she had what she needed, she closes her satchel and slings in on her shoulder. She heads for the door and into the front of her hut when she sees her father and mother waiting for her under a tree in the front. Her father walks over to her, holding a clothed object in his hands.
"Siofra...my daughter. Though I am saddened that you are leaving the safety of our forest, I hope you will accept this and use it well"
Siofra takes the object, unwrapping it to reveal a seethed sword that could strap to her back. She looks up at her father and thanks him, seeing the tears in his eyes of silent pride. She embraces her father, saying her last goodbyes to him before being approached by her mother. Her mother holds out a old bow, made out of the most ancient wood in her left hand and a quiver of oak arrows in her right.
"Use these wisely, my daughter...we will miss you. Please...come home safe"
Siofra nods, thanking her as well. Once the goodbyes were said, She turned her back to the only home she ever had and left, heading for the unknown and adventure.
