Open Streets Run Red

Lee took notice of the annoying girl with the Beeheyem and the Gardevoir. She was trying to take him on with two psychic types. What a joke.

"Rift, Hold up for a sec. We need to take care of this little pest first. Check! Use an X-Scissor on the Beeheyem!"

Check turned where he was standing, and ran towards the Beeheyem, his arms crossed against his chest and glowing with a white energy.

"Rift, I need you to listen to me for a sec. That Gardevoir she has, she's undoubtedly going to use it to try and distract you. If you see it making a move at you, Protect, Detect, do something, but don't fall for it. I know you've been a bit lonely recently, and you will find the Gardevoir you're looking for out there somwhere, but this one isn't it. Do NOT let her get to you. Entiendes?"

Rift nodded, looking a bit down-hearted.

"Just to make sure she doesn't fool you, Hit her with a Thunder Wave first, then Hypnosis."

Rift nodded quickly, then charged up electricity in his blades and launched it straight at the girl's Gardevoir.

"Claymore, get out of the way." Jason ordered.

The Zangoose was quick to dodge and he jumped back behind Euphoria and stood still, the bloodlust visible in his eyes. Jason watched carefully as his opponent unleashed his second pokemon, a Quilava. Jason's attention went back to Nevermore quickly, just to make sure he wasn't getting into any trouble by himself. When he was confident, he turned his attention back to the two of them.

"Now, Claymore, Euphoria, both of you use Double Team and start moving in a circle around the other two pokemon."

They both nodded in reply before taking of at a high speed around the two enemies. Euphoria was floating above Claymore in a clockwise motion, while Claymore was moving counter-clockwise. They both formed 8 different clones, but they kept moving, as was requested.

"Euphoria, I want you to use Confuse Ray on whichever pokemon decides to attack first." The pokemon cackled a little to show that she understood. The battle was heating up fast.

Jason/Zero quickly flipped his phone open to check the time. He knew he had an interview in the morning, but he also knew that he wouldn't be able to abandon his team. He put his phone away and shrugged. He was always punctual, and that wasn't about to change anytime soon.

She laughed, she knew how to fix this problem. Her pokemon did too. They immediatly made two clones of each of them, each of the pokemon slicing through one. "Pepper, let lose a good Miracle Eye on the Bisharp. Doesn't work the first time do it again!" Looking at her Gardevoir she nodded. The Gardevoir created four more clones and looked the Gallade in the eye.

First she Imprisoned him, making it so he couldn't use any moves she could learn. This would be her battle. Then all of her clones used Attract, six clones using Attract would be good to make him fall for it. She telepathed to the Gallade, You know...you are pretty cute. Don't you think I am too, cutie? and she smiled her sweetest smile.

This will be a fun battle... LeAnna thought to herself snickering.

Steel landed in the center of two pokemon that were running around in a circle,"how annoying mabye you should STOP!" he said letting out a dark pulse.

(Crap, I didn't know the battle was approved.)

Mike sighed. If everyone from either gang was using their Pokemon, he wouldn't need his cane knife. M.K. then threw the cleaver over the rooftops of Castelia. Then he quickly revolved his skinny body towards the opposing side, pondering about what his blunt yet well-considered orders would be.

"Alright, Vasko," he deeply sighed, wishing this battle was just a bit more exciting. "Kill them all. That practically means use Ice, Thunder, Poison, or Fire Fang on everything you can, whereas if they seem to resist true pain, use Cross Poison. Pursuit anything that tries to escape your wrath." The scorpion simply nodded, and it traveled across the battlefield where it quickly Ice Fanged a Beheeyem and Gardevoir, traveling around again to Fire Fang an unaware Lucario. The giant creature was certainly doing its job, hurriedly attacking others and hopefully inflicting them with pain while not giving them a chance to possibly retaliate.

Sombers nodded in approval and then let out another Pokemon, a Mienshao to be exact. "Tigress, you know what to do. Face to face combat, rely on Drain Punch when feeling a bit exhausted. Use Bounce as an unexpected attack, sometimes combining it with Hi Jump Kick if you feel its an assured hit," Mike bluntly stated without taking a single breath. The Pokemon nodded just as the previous had, and she silently snuck along certain fights to find an unsuspecting Lucario. She quickly jabbed her fist into its back, draining energy slowly, hoping she could get as much as she could before it reacted to the sudden blow.

M.K. observed the battle taking place. Glace would be of no help, as she needs an advantage from the start, preferably a sneak attack. Clyde would tear those in its path apart, and blood-stained graffiti art of the El Manana would not be tolerated well. And Boss would do fairly well if it weren't for the fact that this battle was physical majority-wise. Then again, he could always take cover under or near a trash bin or something of the like as long as it provided him some considerable cover.

He released the knowledgable Pokemon who quickly took refuge behind a dumpster nearby, waiting for his master's commands.

(Ugh. I feel like I put no effort into this. T-T)

(umm you don't even give us a chance to react, I think that is called godmodding, or something like that. You attack one person and then wait for them to react.)

(I'm not godmodding. At least, I don't think so. You can still react, I'm just saying that the Drapion is getting away. I'm not saying you flinched, which allowed him to get away. As for Mienshao, I'm giving you a chance to react. I'm not saying I'm gaining an enormous amount of energy from you, I'm waiting for you to react. That's why I left the scene as it was, then went back to Mike Sombers. Again, sorry if I actually am. I don't think I am, though.)

(but if you attack you have to wait to see if it hits, the counter, or block. You cannot hit and run because it is assumed it hit with the way you worded it. "It quickly Ice Fanged a beheeyem and gardevior, traveling around again..." the way it is worded here makes it seem like it must have it and you kept moving, this doesn't allow the other person to react. At least that is how I see that.)

(Then the person can simply say "It quickly blocked an incoming attack from a random scorpion that rushed by. I edited it a bit anyways to fix typos, so I added the word "hopefully" to solve your concerns. I understand your point of view. Sorry about the misunderstanding. I'll try to make my posts more clear, as they are hazy now that I look at it.)

Steel was able to dodge the fire fang from the psychopathic scorpion but felt a sharp pain in it's back, so it used dark pulse to try and push the enemy away.

Tussle sighed as the battle had begun without him preparing his orders.

"Ignacio, Focus Energy, Josh Dragon, Dance." The two now at the back set themselves up for a good fight, watching as allies confronted enemies. Tussle obsevred what was going on, and saw that Steel, Ace's Lucario was in a problem with a Drapion.

"Josh, back up steel, help him by block that Drapion with Counter, Ignacio, put that low jumping Meinfoo in it's place, and show it some altitude with Sky Uppercut."

Josh quickly landed inbetween the Drapion and the Lucario, perfectly prepared to help, as was his role with Ignacio. Ignacio, however was approaching the Meinfoo, a wild look in his eye as he made a shot for Sky Uppercut.

"I got your back, Ace." Tussle said, his low, booming voice clearly heard.

Ace figured it was time to add some defense to the party, with that he pulled out a heavy ball(it is the one you get by giving the apricorn man a black apricorn)
"alright let's do this shield," he said still kinda quite because he wanted to at least be semi hidden in the shadows of the building roof.
A red beam of light appeared in the middle of the battle and a bastiodon appeared from it.
"use iron defense," ace said and the bastiodon glowed with a silver light then when it faded the pokemon seemed to have an extra coat of steel for protection.

Jason watched carefully as his opponent unleashed her second pokemon
fixed. My character is a girl.

Cub saw what he was trying to do, and decided, after some thought, to attack with the Quilava first. Unlike her exhausted Sneasel, the Quilava was all healthy and ready to attack. "Tony, use Flame Wheel" she told her Quilava. "...But wait... First..." She took out a Hyper Potion from her bag and started spraying it on the Sneasel. It seemed to sting the Dark/Ice-type a bit at first, but her wounds healed quickly, and she seemed more able to fight again now. "Okay, attack now!" The Quilava's flames seemed to grow, almost covering it. It then started running right at the Zangoose - or at least, one of the possible clones.

Vasko, while hurriedly performing hit-and-runs, was suddenly Countered by an oncoming target of a Scrafty. This shook him quite a bit, energy still being rebounded throughout his body. The giant scorpion had found himself a new rival. It threw a Cross Poison, then hid behind it with an oncoming Fire Fang. He wondered how Tigress was doing, hoping that she was handling her opposnent well.

Tigress was suddenly opposed by another Pokemon, a Blaziken to be exact. It threw a Sky Uppercut, which unfortunately hit. However, she used the air to her advantage and came back down with a Bounce, hoping to do some major damage to the Fighting-Type. Having two opponents was no fun, but it seemed that the Lucario she previously assaulted was now elsewhere.

Boss was still awaiting for his orders. "Just use your Psychic powers to make an opponent vulnerable, then strike with a water attack. If you want to do anything fancy, you do it. You're a smart Pokemon," Mike said without much excitement. He was quite bored. His Slowking nodded slwoly, waiting for the first victim of its trap. The Pokemon first observed his companions' battles to see if he could help. But, the two were both deep in combat, so there was nothing to do but wait.

(Once again, no life behind this post. Unbelievably short. But it gets my atacks across. Forgive me. T-T)

((HOORAY! Just for the record, I'm RNGing the result. Just 'cause I'm afraid of being a jerk rolling a 1 results a hit. 4 was this number.))

The wheel of fire went through the clone and it disappeared in front of their eyes. Claymore continued running, but Euphoria and her clones stopped for a second. All of their eyes darted to the Quilava and they each released a light sphere, sending it towards the enemy pokemon with hopes of confusing it. The battle still seemed to be going on according to plan. Still, the fact that the Sneasel was healed was a little annoying.

"Claymore, use Metal Claw on the Sneasel, along with your clones."

The Zangooses stopped abruptly and lifted their claws. They started shining with a metallic colour and they dashed forward to cut the Sneasel to ribbons.

Tussle grinned as he saw the overconfidance of the Meinfoo as it tried to strike Ignacio in his element.

"Ignacio, use the advantage of all the buildings around you to use Acrobatics."

Ignacio was a little slow on the order, trying to hear it through the crowd of fighting, and was struck moderately by the bounce, but quickly used the momentum to sling himself around to hit the Meinfoo with Acrobatics. Josh grinned as the Cross Poison flew his way, raising the skin that hung so lazily at his waist, and found the powerful flaming jaws of the drapion also upon his guard. He grinned and used low sweep, trying to displace the massive size of the beast.
