It's feeding time
'Cus making RP's are that fun, and I actually have most of the plot made up before-hand, unlike the first ones.
There has been lots of worries in Hearthome City lately, a mysterious mafia family have established their base somewhere in the city, and also target rich people living in it, assassinating them for their own reasons. The latest of the assassination attempts failed, the target was the very rich 13 year old boy Hank Wisher, who was attacked while being in his room during a party in his mansion, he survived thanks to his trusted Weavile, who stopped the assassin, but Hank still got a serious wound in his arm, and was bleeding badly as he went to the hospital. the wound was quickly taken care of, and he's already back at his mansion with his arm heavily bandaged, but with fear for his life, and requested help from the police and some close friends, since the mafia Family failed the first attempt, there's no doubt they'll try again.

2. If you're a Police Pokémon, no legendaries.
3. You can't secretly be a part of the mafia Family, or any kind of villainous group, for the matter.
4. Be serious.

there are three things to sign up as, Hank's friend, police or Police Pokémon.
Hank's friend is pretty self explanatory, as Hank's friend, you're of course worried about your rich buddy, and decided to help him, you can have any amount of pokémon you want. Police is pretty self explanatory as well, you're a police who's been hunting The mysterious mafia family, and was hired by Hank to protect him until they're caught, you can have any amount of Pokémon with you as well. the Police Pokémon is a bit different, as a Police pokémon, you're a Pokémon used by the police that has been specially trained to track, hunt and capture outlaws, the Police Pokémon is also trained in intelligence, enough to understand human language, these are never in Poké balls, but are always following a police.

Pokémon: As his parents are dead, Hank only have his Pokémon, and have them as his family, and because of this, he have very many.
A Male Empoleon, it's a bit special, as it's 2.0 metre high, while usual Empoleons are 1.7 metre high.
A Female Roserade, nothing special about it.
A Male Drifblim, nothing special about it.
A Female Vespiquen, nothing special about it.
A Male Weavile, nothing special about it.
A Female Purugly, nothing special about it.
