Plot:
The world is a darkening place. Team Aqua and Magma have joined forces and are going under a new name: Team Night. There are only a few poeple who are brave enough to stand up to Night; are you one of them?

How will you choose to face Team Night?

Rules:
1. No godmoding. This includes Mary-Sues, or whatever you like to call them.
2. Please, no legendary Pokemon.
3. No powerplaying.
4. Be polite. No cursing or fighting outside of the RP. Even in the RP, keep the strong language to a low level.
5. Use common sense.
6. Please try to use good grammar and spelling. Punctuation counts.
7. This takes place in Hoenn, but you can have Pokemon from any region.
8. Rules for application:
For your name, please put your first name and last initial, at least.
For your age, please be ten or older, and be reasonable. No eighty-year-old trainers or things of the like.
For your occupation, you may put anything from Trainer to Team Night Grunt to Mart Clerk. Use your imagination, but don't get carried away!
Please use at least four well-written sentences for appearance. I would prefer quality over quantity, though, so if you absolutely can't write a whole paragrah (but I doubt that will happen), that's fine, as long as your grammar is good.
The above applies for personality as well. Please, no played-out personality or anything of the like.
For biography, I'd prefer at least two sentences.

Name: Amanda S. Baker
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Occupation: Mart clerk (cashier)
Appearance: Amanda has a slim build, but she is of average height. Her hair is long and golden-brown, and straight as if she had just combed it. Her eyes are bright green, and very round, giving her a slightly silly look. She wears a light yellow shirt, but it is usually concealed by a white sweatshirt with roses scattered among it, and a hood that Amanda wears outside. She wears blue jeans that are a bit short for her. Amanda has slate blue running shoes, and plain white socks. At work, she has a name tag reading "Amanda B."
Personality: Amanda is rather shy most of the time, but while working, she is pretty average, not standing out in particular. Usually, if one manages to approach her, she is calm and friendly. It takes a while to build a strong friendship with her. Amanda is wise, but easily stressed, and is hasy when there's something bothering her.
Biography: She was born on July 22nd, 1990, on a particularly cool day. She had a pet Skitty, but it died of a disease when Amanda was 8. Amanda didn't have many friends when she was in school, due to her timidness. But when she was 10, she became a Pokemon trainer sometimes, while still going to school. She doesn't need to drive because she has a bike, and her Altaria will Fly her from the mart in Mauville to Slateprot if Amanda doesn't feel like making the ride on her Mach Bike.

Occupation: Trainer
Appearance: Vai usually wears a forest green jacket with white stripes going down the arms, and a short collar. Underneath is a plain dark red shirt. Most of the time, her pants are baggy jeans. Vai wears her hair back in a low ponytail, and keeps a four-leaf clover in a necklace the shape of a fish. She is Asian, and has straight dark brown hair.

Personality: Vai is never serious. Whenever there's a quiet moment, she makes a joke or says something to fill it up. The jokes usually aren't funny. She is social, and loosens up around familiar people, but around unfamiliar people, she tenses and becomes quiet. Vai acts first and thinks later, and ends up making stupid decisions or acting like an idiot because of this.

Biography: Vai started her career as a Trainer at ten years of age, with a Bagon. She lost epicly to Roxanne, and left for Meteor Falls in a rage. She trained there for a year, making occasional trips to Fallarbor but otherwise camping there. By that time she had caught a Dratini, nicknamed Tempest. The Bagon, Storm evolved by that time, and Tempest became a Dragonair shortly after. Vai swept through the Hoenn Gyms, and eventually went on to become Champion of every region to trade for a Charmander and Starly. Around a year later, all her Pokemon had fully evolved except for Tempest, who was given an Everstone. Vai now stays around the Battle Frontier, and camps around the Studio Cave.

Occupation: Musician for hire at various restaurants and shows, is also a artist and Pokémon Coordinator

Appearance:David have black messy hair which reach to his shoulders, and moss-green eyes. David changes clothes a lot depending on situation, if he's at home he usually wears a while shirt and brown pants, along with a brown apron with several spots of colouring paint, as he draws a lot when he's at home. When he's outside he usually wears a white tuxedo along with a white fedora hat(Think something Riley-style, minus the spikes on the end of the hat) This outfit is used in Pokémon Beauty contests and when he's working at various places as musician.

Personality: David is a quiet person, who smiles most of the time. He might seem unsocial, but nothing could be farther from the truth.

Biography: When David grew up his main interest was art and music(piano, to be exact), and trained in those subjects since he was four years old. And was the the only thing he usually did. He got a girlfriend named Val when he was 14, but kept his usual hobbies, but this time doing it for her, Val died tragically in a car-accident two years later, but David lived on, smiling and being happy for her sake, even if he never would forget the loss of her. One years later a old friend of his bought him a Skitty, saying he shouldn't live alone. David took care of the Skitty, much to his dismay to begin with, but he ended up liking the Skitty, who he named after Val because of their similar personality. He later got interested in Coordinating and began training it.

Gender: Male
Age: 15
Occupation: Breeder

Appearance: Mark has medium-length dark brown hair, usually sticking up in some place, and has glasses with rounded-rectangle frames. He usually wears the standard breeder's uniform, a light red smock and bandana, each with a white Pokèball imprint in the center. He also carries a rather large backpack, containing, among other things, TM's and HM's, lots of berries, cooking supplies, Potions, Revives, and Apricorns. (explained below)

Personality: A bit shy around new people, but quick to open up. He's a bit of a know-it-all, and often shows interest not only in a person's looks, but how they act and treat others. Similarly, he shows interest in not only a Pokèmon's stats or moves, but behavior and personality.

Biography: Mark was born on a Breeding Ranch, raising Pokemon for,
among others, Professors and top Coordinators. Mark, of course, went into the family buisiness, but also took up Pokeball smithing as a hobby. He recently left home.

Mark also has an egg with red, black, and yellow swirls. It makes a pretty sound when tapped.

Occupation: Team Night Grunt
Appearance: Flora has waist-long black hair, horribly contrasting with her pale skintone. Her eyes are a bright blue. She usually wears a pure-white dress with black shoes. Additionally, she always ties a dark red ribbon in her hair.
Personality: Flora is very serious most of the time, though she does have her moments. She enjoys battling and is very cocky; she usually attributes any win against her to "beginner's luck." Unless in battle or on a mission for Team Night, she is very pessimistic, always feeling as if nothing will work.
Biography: Flora grew up in a relatively poor area of Mossdeep. In an attempt to earn money for her family, she joined Team Night. She found that it fit her ideals and ambitious goals perfectly.

Serenity is the exact opposite of her name; hyper hyper hyper.

~Hibana~Male
Hibana is like a spark of energy to Flora and Serenity; although not as hyper as the Pachirisu, he still is slightly crazy.

Name: Marissa Gharotti
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Occupation: Team Night Computer Exec (explained in bio)
Appearance: Marissa is short (for her age), with long black hair (dyed) and piercing hazel eyes. She wears glasses with a distinct purple frame, however she dresses expensively but anonymously. She's usually wearing a black dress, or a shirt with a simple jacket (emblazoned with Team Night's symbol, of course) and black pants. Black stiletto heels finish off the colorless nightmare.
Personality: She is a bit sharp with peons and grunts in the organization, but is nothing but grace and elegance with the higher-ups. She tries to adapt her mask to fit the situation, but in the end knows that everyone, even the boss, is disposable at the end of the day.
Biography: Born to two average parents, she was recruited to Team Night as a young teenager. She had just one Pokemon at the time, a somewhat dim-witted Porygon named Blockade. However, her quick-witted creativity and attention to details allowed her to rise up the ranks quickly. Now, she heads the tech division, controlling inventory, location, sometimes even battle plots. She is currently in a war with her superiors about getting ID cards with tracking devices on all of the organization.

Personality: Angelo tends to come off as a loner to people that don't know him. He tries to stay away from people who try to get lose to him. The only time he shows his true, happy, self is when he is entertaining people by performing his magic tricks for them.
Biography: Angelo was born in celestic town, but grew up in verdantruf where his grandfather lived because his family couldn't afford to live in sinnoh anymore. When he was 7 his grandfather introduced him to the art of magic. He immediatly fell in love with it and it became a part of his life.
On his eleventh birthday his father gave him his first pokemon, A misdreavus,
When he turned 15 he decided to start traveling on his own as a traveling magician.

We begin in our home towns, but then we should probably meet in Mauville or something (somehow, don't ask me exactly how) and talk about Team Night, and maybe plan to even go into their base (which is south of Lilycove, near Sootopolis City). But this will be over time.. Of course, it doesn't apply to Team Night members. They can just be talking about trying to cast eternal darkness and things...

Amanda was just beginning to head home on her bike, with Volt running beside her. The Manectric looked very enthusiastic running along side her, with his tongue hanging out the side of his mouth slightly. It was explainable; the day was rather warm, since summer was nearing.

Just now, Amanda could see Slateport peeking into her vision, over the trees. Her hometown, her destination.

And finally, she slid off Cycling Road, heading into her home that was on the northern edge. The sun was setting, but there were still a few hours of the day left. Maybe she could go fishing...

Mark trotted along, his Buneary, Jack, riding on his shoulder. He was headed to Mauville, to help the local Daycare People out and to pick up an egg that they had there. Secretly, Mark thought the two old people were fools.

Vai pushed the tent flap open, and looked outside to check on her Pokemon. Storm was curled up around a boulder, Feather roosting on top of it. Blaze and Tempest were talking to each other quietly. Vai got up and started to take the tent down.
"Morning, everyone," she said sleepily. Blaze grunted, and turned back to Tempest. Storm twitched and knocked Feather off his perch. The Staraptor screeched, walking up the Salamence. Vai winced. Today was starting out badly...

Marissa was jolted awake from a friendly shock from her computer. Blockade emerged, looking quizzical. She'd been asleep. How unacceptable. And at such a time in the afternoon. She was glad that the Porygon-Z had shocked her. It was growing on time to return to her apartment in Sootopolis City, as even the most diligent of workers needed sleep.

She would not fly. No, by surfing on Al, it would seem that she was just another person enjoying the waves. Pausing only to record the current status of her Pokemon on a USB drive, she then made to depart the base.

Smoke billowed out from behind the curtains, And then a flock of pidgeys (sp?) came flying out, With a man stepping out from behind them. "Welcome to my show... Now tell me... ARE YOU READY TO BE AMAZED?" He said as he released hope and despair "Now for my first trick i will take this hat..." He said as he took his hat off his head and tilting it towards the audiance "Take one of hope's roses and put it into it..." He said taking a rose from hope's bouquet and putting it into the hat, Then turning it upside-down as a blade fell out of it "And turn it into this sword! Now tell me... ARE YOU AMAZED!?!" Dang that sword almost hit my foot... Despair's aim is getting off...
"And for my next trick... I will cut hope in half!" Taking the sword and slicing it through hope "What...? That's strange... It seems Hope broke my sword instead!"
