Emlyn stood perfectly still. He was in the abandoned Gym, full of Spinarak webs and dead Rattata corpses scattered about. He could hear murmurs from outside. Emlyn snuck outside to greet whomever was at the door for the meeting.

"Welcome. Come on inside, it's freezin' out here."

---

Skye floated outside the court building, waiting for those pokemon who'd help her to destroy the fourth Fortress forever.

"Come freakin' on already. I wanna kill those little suckers."

((Changed Shebiu's name to Xero so you know.))

Xero walked into the Justice Building's yard where Skye, the Shaymin was complaining. "Hey I call dibs on first kill, OR if they have a leader. I hope They have a leader. If so, he's mine! NO ONE KILLS HIM" Almost in response, his Photon Cannon, aimed at Skye, began to glow as if it were about to fire.

Skye smirked. "Heh. You can't hit me with that. Puny little weapon." She bared her claws. "These are better. And fine, you get the first kill. Unless it's a certain Togetic, though..."

She floated down to the ground and cackled.

Swiftwind jumped into the gym and shivered. "Geez! It's freakin' freezin' out there!" she said. She wrapped her arms around her. 'At least it'll be warmer in here with more pokemon bodies to heat us up!' she thought.
--------
Starsight sighed. "You know, that's not the nicest thing to say." she said coming from behind the no longer floating Shaymin. "Hello, Skye."

"Puny Weapon? I can decimate a village with this thing!" cried Xero. His Necklace hovered and rotated to the Frost Cassette and his ammo turned white. "I know you hate the cold little fox." The tempurature around the Cannon fell as pure cold was sucked in.

"It's already pretty warm in there. I'll wait outside, ok?" Emlyn said, trying to act as if he was warm.
---
"Hey. So who do you wanna kill from the Fortress?" Skye said rather loudly, floating again. It appeared as if Skye had entirely tuned Starsight out of her mind.

"Hey, what are you gonna do with that thing?

Please don't shoot me..." she whimpered.

"EVERYONE MWHAHAHA. THEY MUSTBE TAUGHT A LESSON FOR RESISTING US. MAKE THEM FEEL THE WRATH OF ARCEUS." screamed Xero. He had gone into an episdoe because killing was mentioned.

Aarend stepped into the gym, ignoring the cold. One of the upsides of being a Fire-type was having a never-ending feeling of warmth flowing through your veins, and his tail always kept him toasty. He looked at the surrounding Ratatta corpses.

"What a lovely place we have here," he said, voice thick with sarcasm.

Synox leaped through the building tops of Hearthome, destination in mind.

He really didn't know what made this meeting so distinct; chances were that it was just going to be a bunch of the other rebels bickering about their next move, but never reaching an active decision.

Idiots, he thought, their indecision has caused... far too much of a paralysis in this rebellion. if they could be a little more proactive, we might have won the war by now.

Scaling down a tall building, he ran forward until he was at the gym. The meeting would supposedly take place here.
----
Xekrav flew through the Capitol to where the meeting had been called. "Perhaps," he said to nobody, "we can take a little more.... outright stride against the rebels. The sooner, the better."

He reached the meeting place just as Xero made his comment about the right to kill the leader.

He never ceases to disappoint me, the Zekrom thought. Aloud, he said: "I believe that we should make a more concentrated attack on their fortress. Such an attack would certainly allow us to eliminate the sharpest thorns in our side."

Shamballa made her presence known by flickering into sight just above the others, her red eyes locked on the group. She was clearly much larger than them, and she spread out her tentacle-like wings to maker herself seem even bigger. She shot a stream of blue fire into the midst of the gathering.

"Enough. Mass murder will not solve our problems. Minimal casualties, if you'd please," she hissed, more blue flames licking at the corners of her mouth after the previous Dragonbreath. "I will not hesitate to wipe you out if it is for The Greater Good."

-----

Lilium peeked at the gym from a bit away, unsure what to do. She wasn't good with other Pokemon, and never knew what to do... But that Lucario told her that he saw something in her, something special... She took a deep breath and approached the building.

"Hm..." Swiftwind looked around the gym. "Maybe we can clear out these webs..." she said walking around the room.
----------
Starsight looked at the building. Wondering if she should go back and ignorw this all. "I don't think I could ever kill another pokemon..." she said quietly. "If I had to kill one it may be for a good reason, like because they hurt me..." she sighed again. She knew Skye would just ignore her again.

Xekrav's eyes narrowed at the Giratina, but he simply said: "I agree. If there must be casualties, they need to be the ones that will shatter the resolve of the Rebellion. Thus, we should try and take out the head. Or possibly, heads.

"Taking a life is fairly easy, so long as you have a just reason," he added to Starsight, "that's what I do when I battle the Rebels: I know that they are enemies of ours, and their deaths will allow for a... better Sinnoh."

He addressed Skye, "The question does remain as to when we attack, and what part of the fortress we target."

Skye leaped out of the way of a blue flame.

"I'm sorry, miss Giratina. Can I at least threaten 'em?

Anyway, we should attack soon and preferably the center of their Fortress. They think it's safe there."
---
Emlyn watched the Lucario approach cautiously and slightly grinned. "Welcome."

"Killing is necessary if you want to win. Kiiling another instills fear. Leaving them an inch from death shows true weakness." described Xero, almost in a trance.

"Attack from beneath. Dig. Burrow. Dig like a Sandslash, sting like a Techno Buster TO THE FACE!" cried Xero. "If we burrow beneath them, we can easily get in without worrying abour petty guards."

Hyksos entered the main Capitol building, regarding the members assembled there with caution. He knew that Xero was a bit of a loose cannon, so to speak.

"Hello. Has the planning on how to attack the Fourth Fortress already started yet?"

"Sorta. He," she pointed at Xero, "thinks we should burrow underground. And he tried to shoot me." Skye grinned.

Another blast of Dragonbreath, this time directed at Xero. The flames struck the ground, and the Giratina growled.

"No. Too many deaths throws of the Great Balance, and disrupts the flow of life. Respect for life of another is respect for the Great Balance, and if you do not show respect, prepare to have it beaten into you. I will not hesitate to unleash my full force on you," she hissed, voice low and eyes gleaming.

"The best way to quash a rebellion is to win them over with kind words and caring gestures. Then they will trust you, and you can sway the common population to your will. Killing and torture only makes the people hate you, and hate breeds those who fight back without fear, and those who fight back without fear are dangerous. They are not worried about their own deaths, since what is life when you are being tortured?"

---

Lilium jumped when she was spoken too, but stepped closer, her ears drooping a bit out of worry. She touched her necklace.

"Oh...Hello...um...my name is Lilium..."

Instead of responding Starsight just thought to herself, 'It could be a better Sinnoh, or we could just make it worse, pain, death, destruction, won't it just make the world more horrible? If we fight with them it can ravage the land we live on and they live on...' she sighed and floated down to the others. "We can always listen to the dragon who will shoot us with DragonBreath if we don't listen..." she said silently.
