Another RP from my side, the side with the cookies, y'know.
In a region of the Pokémon world lies the big, middle-age Arabian style city of Meloia, (The city from the Aladdin Disney movie-style in other words) a region only inhabited by Pokémon with the special knowledge of Alchemy, control and use of the eight elements and the two "Emperor Elements" Water, Electricity, Fire, Ice, Earth, Wind, Light and Darkness are the normal elements, trained by average citizens of the city, while the Emperor Elements, Time and Space, are only allowed to be trained by higher citizens. An average Alchemist is only allowed to train and master two elements. While higher Alchemist may choose ONE of the Emperor Elements. This limitation is due a big massacre caused by a single Pokémon, a Dragonite known as Medius, who lost his mind and soul the to Ten Elements and became the embodiment of chaos a hundred years ago. he was defeated by the efforts of many strong Alchemists together, and his body was burned. This is usually called "The Dark Day" and the limitation still kept intact to make sure such a thing will NEVER happen again, anyone who breaks the rules is executed. The Elements are used for various thing, entertainment, building, combat and much more. Elements all have a basic ability in the beginning, and is something anyone can do in the beginning of their training, this basic concept is trained and perfected and evolved further. Some Alchemist are good enough to be accepted into the group "The Creators" a group only for the best of the best, being a member there allows one learn secret techniques, enter forbidden areas, buying things at smaller markets without paying and even owning a Homonculus, a artificial Pokémon created by four-to-eight Alchemists which have mastered one or two elements each, combing the elements and creating artificial life, these are usually what you could call a cross between servant and slave, they have rights, but aren't payed and can't quit working under someone. these are born with the knowledge of one Element due the fact that one elements is always added more then the other ones, and can be born with extra features and such in order to add abilities. All the basic moves and types a Pokémon knows are present, but usually looked down on compared to Alchemy.
