Open The Sleeping World

Coloursfall

THIS IS HOW WE BLEED
Welcome to The Waking World, safe from all your fears.
But be careful in The Sleeping World, your sins will find you here...

The Sleeping World, land of dreams. Home of Darkrai.

It's been getting dangerous there... People and Pokemon have fallen asleep and not woken up... They've been ripped to shreads for no apparent reason, decapitated, turned inside out, and many more grusome things... Many are afraid to go to sleep...

The bloody deaths have left you scared. Many close to you have been killed this way, human and Pokemon alike. You roll the dice every time you settle down to rest, praying you don't suffer the same grusome fate.

Much research is being done on this, and scientists ahve come to a conclusion. They must send humans and Pokemon alike into 'The Sleeping World', a giant nightmare created by Darkrai. They will do this with machines build to keep on in a drugged sleep that they will need to be manualy awoken from.

But be careful - If you are wounded in The Sleeping World, you'll be wounded in The Waking World - our world - as well.

Rules:
-The usualy RP stuff, no godmodding, ect
-This will brobably be rather... bloody and Nightmare Fuel-y, so if you don't like that... stay out
-I will control the landscape of The Sleeping World, so don't try to
-put 'shrimp' in your form if you've read this
-Keep swearing to a minumum, but you can swear.
-Battles are ASB-style - no levels, all moves
-You can be either Human or Pokemon, but if you're human, you wouldn't have any of your own Pokemon with you

Name: Rinna
Species: Umbreon
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Appearance:
Rinna is your typical Umbreon, a smallish Fox-like creatyre with black fut and yellow markings. A small scar runs from the edge of the ring on her forehead to just under her left eye. Her right ear is peirced, with a gold ring in it.
Personality: Rinna is quiet and clam, and quite a strong battler. She is cool in the face of danger, often walking calmly into battle and emerging without a scratch.
Other: :D

Name: Pudge
Species: Buneary
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Appearance: Pudge is a bit pudgy, obviously. He weighs about 14 or 15 pounds instead of the usual 12 pounds for other Buneary.
Personality: He loves to eat, and shares his food with friends. The only thing he doesn't like to eat is shrimp. He has a Lax nature, and prefers sour food. He can also be a bit stubborn. Despite his pudginess, he is quite agile; however, he just doesn't often show it due to his laziness.
Other: nope.

Name: Celariak
Species: Arbok
Gender: Male
Age: 19 in Pokemon years
Appearance: Normal Arbok. He's not much of a shrimp.
Personality: I'd have to PO, but the only thing I can say right now is that he likes fighting.
Other: He doesn't like to eat shrimp Pokemon like Shiramroamromarm.

Name: Kindle
Species: Arcanine
Gender: Female
Age: 14

Appearance: Kindle is like any other Arcanine with orangey-brown and black strips fur, cream coloured mane and tails. But she is rather small, and is so often called a “shrimp” by other Arcanine.

Personality:
Kindle is the kind that is often quiet, timid, and sometimes even cold at first but will quickly open up to anyone she finds trustworthy. She’s really kind-hearted and having the safety of others come first before worrying about anything else.

Other:
The reason why she is small is because she evolved early and hasn’t hit a growth spurt yet.

Name: Mind
Species: Abra
Gender: Female
Age: 2
Appearance: Abra Except due to her young age, she is somewhat of a shrimp.
Personality: Mind is cool and collected in almost any situation. She is logical and always thinks before doing something. When she heard about the situation, she signed up at once, seeing as she was no stranger to sleeping.
Other: Nothing.

Name: Aero
Species: Fearow
Gender: Male
Age: 14
Appearance: Like any other Fearow
Personality: Tends to be arrogant, and is very brave. He has a sense of humor, and very leader-like qualities. He likes to call small Pokemon shrimp.
Other:

Name: Kenta
Species: Rhydon
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Appearance: Normal, but with a scar down his left eye, and another one running about halfway from his claws to his shoulder on his right arm.
Personality: A hardworking, outspoken, never subtle, and quite stubborn individual, usually kind to anyone he likes. He is experienced in battle, yet reckless, fancying himself an unstoppable force. He is brave, though, and always ready to step up, and always helps to the best of his ability when things get tough.
Other: He is an undefeated shrimp eating champion.

Everyone in, and I think we'll start in an hour or two, but it'd be nice to have at least one human before be do.

Name: Jac
Species: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Appearance: White hair that goes just past his shoulders tied back with prayer beads, pale blue eyes that tend to daze out when he is in a trance, and pale skin from the fact that he lives indoors mostly. He wears very plain clothes when he isn't working. He wears dark blue pants belted by prayer beads, a stack of seal strapped to his leg, and no shirt when he is working. This is a bad picture of him

Personality: Secretive, keeps to himself, and eerie quiet. He is a nice person, just creepy as all hell so most don't go near him.
Other: He is a Ghost Tamer. Whenever there is a disturbance dealing with ghosts, or ghost like activities, he is there to fix the problem...just don't call him a shrimpy ghost buster

i'm dumb and forgot about this so LET'S START NOW

(Moony's in)

Rinna shifted uncomfortably in her pod, the machine sending electric signals meant to calm her into her brain via a large helmet. The pod was small and kind of cramped, and she was starting to feel claustrophobic.

A soft whirring alerted the Umbreon to a small compartment directly in front of her, which had opened up, revealing a needle. she yelped, struggling to avoid the sharp object. She couldn't, however, since the pod was so small...

The needle sunk into her neck, injecting a sleeping solution into her bloodstream. she was asleep in a matter of seconds.

Jac lays in a pod, his arms crossed over his chest. To anyone that might walk into the room just then would think he was dead. He lies there silently, listening to the mutters of the others. His mind starts to wander back to why he was here.

----Flash back---

He recieved a phone call about a strange occurance. His first reply was that he would talk to his Rotom Mischeif, but he was told that it included people falling asleep and never waking up at times. He sat in his chair and listened to what happened to people that were trapped and how they became injured through theirs dreams...only to wake with those injuries in life. He packed his bag and left his beloved Ghost pokemon back at his home with his parents, making his way to the lab to investigate.

---Back in the lab---

Jac sighs, looking up at the ceiling.

I must find out what is happening...I'm a Ghost Tamer, thus I should be able to fix this..somehow..

One of the scientists walks over to him, needle in hand.

"Are you ready, Mr. Moon?"

Jac nods, closing his eyes once more. He feels the needle slip into his vein and enject the serum. He was able to think one last thing before undering under.

Sleeping World...here I come..

Mind telepathically winced slightly as the needle was injected into her, but didn't really feel much difference. She continued to hover for a few moments, then slowly settled down onto the floor, and was unaware of the world around her, instead entering the world of dreams.
...I'm back

(Because, you know, she's been asleep before, and had dreams, which are in this place :D)

Kindle laid herself patiently inside the pod, waiting for her turn to be put to sleep; repeating to herself why she was doing this.

Her brother had become a victim. He had fallen asleep and within a few hours deep cuts suddenly appeared. She remembered his painful cries as she tried to wake him up, but failed. In the end, he looked as if a large group of flesh hungry Pokémon attacked him, ripping him from limb to limb.

Kindle return back from her memories, when she heard footsteps heading towards her. One of the workers had a needle in her hand; she smiled petting the dog with her free hand. Kindle winced giving a small whimper as the needle was injected. She could feel the something cold enter through her neck where the needle had been placed. The murmuring voices around her intensified, her eyelids grew heavy and soon she had fallen into complete darkness.

((Whoops, forgot about this.))

Celariak was in a differently shaped pod, perfect to hold a snake. He had watched others be put to sleep, but he wasn't sure what this was. A needle came forward, and the Arbok bared his fangs, but to no avail. He felt pain shoot through his body momentarily, and his blood ran cold as he fell into a deep sleep.

Pudge was in a tight pod, partly because he was a bit pudgy to be inside. A hole opened and a needle poked him in the stomach. He had a stomachache for a split second, then fell asleep. "Goodbye, real world!"

Kenta laid there in the pod, awaiting the artificial sleep. The pod itself was cramped, obviously not meant to fit someone like him. Weak electric pulses regularly sent through his horn only vaguely kept him calm. Scars showed a very close encounter with the Sleeping World's dangers, only to miraculously wake up. He was about to venture there again, the world that had claimed so many lives. A needle popped out and slid towards his midsection. He wasn't sure if that thing could penetrate his hide, but it did, if only slowly. And, just as slowly, he passed out into sleep.

To all those that had fallen asleep by the drug, the black space that was the inside of their eyelids changed slowly from black to an eerie landscape, rolling hills dotted with trees, the calls of crows echoing.

The hills, however, were not green and lush, the grass was brown and dead, crunching depressingly beneath one's feet. The trees, as well, were bare and twisted, reaching skyward like the hands of the damned. The sky overhead was grey, streaked with blacks and purples, not a single cloud in the sky.

There were no living things but the group in sight, even if there were cries of Pokemon heard faintly.

Rinna shifted uncomfortably on her feet, red eyes flicking side to side as she eyed the surroundings.

Jac looks around at the landscape, feeling a tad bit at peace with this. He begun to think of his Ghosts back home and smiled a bit.

Sakura...my dear, be a good girl for me...

He then makes his way to the group ahead of him and sighs a bit.

"Are you all the real gruop, or a dream to mess with me?"
