Rocket. They're the only one who to me seem not to have an actual reason for being around. Team Aqua wanted a place where water Pokémon could live in peace and Magma wanted one where Pokémon who lived on land could live in peace. Galactic wanted a world where everyone could live in harmony. Rocket had no real purpose, making them the worse.

Every team besides the original bad guys: TEAM ROCKET!! They were the only "decent" evil team, in my opinion (says the old-games-are-the-best-geeky-girl XD )

Every other Team went for "harmony" and "but we love pokémon. ..just not the ones that don't match our element." and all this nice stuff.. ..Team Rocket's goal was simple: world domination. I like that in bad guys :3

I vote for Rocket and the RSE baddies.

I mean, Galactic was actually out to do something evil (destroy the planet), and not stupid (flooding? volcano? causing annoying mayhem?)... plus they had spiffy outfits, and Cyrus is win.

But I think that the bad guys from Shadows of Almia were awesome. Slavery of Pokemon and evil stuff involving Darkrai? Heck yes.

I'd have to say Team Aqua. Compared to every other team their plan didn't really seem as if they thought the plan through.

If they flooded the world, they wouldn't be able to eat or cook anything, so they'd die of hunger. They also wouldn't be able to drink fresh water, so they'd die from too much intake of salt and everything else in the water (germs from decaying land pokemon corpses for example)

Galactic were cool because of their outfits, Magma were kinda ok because more land made more sense than more ocean and Rocket are cool because they keep trying and failing at their plans, plus they have awesome costumes.

I didn't like Magma because without water, we'd all die. Rocket was okay, but their goals weren't as evil as you guys are alluding to. At least the the other teams want to take over the world. As for Galactic, Cyrus is a crackhead, so he made those goofy costumes and hairstyles when he was high. Galactic wasn't that great in my opinion...

my vote would go to Aqua and Magma. I don't even get their motives. Did they think they were doing their thing for the good of human/Pokemonkind?

How are you going to grow crops on a raft? Or a mountan, for that matter? Aqua's idea was stupider than Magma's. I don't think Magma didn't want to completely take out the ocean, they just wanted more land.

However, Aqua had the best uniforms, so.

Rocket was the Mafia. For the good of themselves they smuggle Pokemon and run illegal scams all around the regions. That's a much better goal than expanding the land/seas/making a new universe.
