I'm sorry, this competition is over already!

Trophies will be given for first, second and third places - all other participants will receive a participant award (shown):

Those placing first, second or third will have their names engraved on the award.

But first, the contest!

The challenge is to take a sprite of any pokemon and transform it into a water type! Entries must be up to the Diamond & Pearl Standard of colouring/shading. However, there are rules.

1. I will be judging. The judge's decision is final.
2. Entries in JPEG or JPG format will be disqualified.
3. Stolen entries (this includes editing other people's sprites) will be disqualified and reported immediately.
4. You cannot use pokemon that are already water-types or ice-types.
5. You can use bits from other sprites (like Vaporeon's tailfin, etc) and you can use colour schemes from other sprites. However, original content or scratch sprites will earn bonus points if they're done well!
6. Do not steal an award if you didn't participate in the contest; awards will be sent by PM.
7. Sprites don't have to be transparent. If you can't make your sprite transparent, please use a white background.
8. Be creative! Just recolouring a Geodude sprite blue doesn't make it a water type, after all.
9. Enjoy yourself!

Well, here's my entry... Water-Type Furret.

It came out looking kind of like a Water/Electric Type with the yellow bits and all... That's okay as long as it's Water, though, right?
