• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open Warriors: Rise of The BloodMoon

And here... we... go!

Stealthstar was restless.

For less than a quarter moon, he had been a leader. Things were, as of now, running relatively smoothly. However, the Gathering was this night, and he didn't know how the other leaders would react to a cat as young as he was becoming leader of ShadowClan.

I can't change that, he thought, StarClan chose me for a reason, and I don't want them to be disappointed in their choice.

((I meant to mentor Taliax's character. Eheheh.))

Stormfeather purred, and ducked behind a tree to avoid Kestrelfeather's paw.
"Keep trying," she mewed, and Kestrelfeather jumped and pinned her down.
"Don't stop to gloat," she mewed back, and stepped aside to let the deputy up. Stormfeather grinned.
"Well, we should get back to camp," she mewed. "Don't you have an apprentice to mentor?" Kestrelfeather hissed.
"Mouse dung, I forgot! I guess I still am not used to mentoring..." With that both cats raced back to the ThunderClan camp, through the forest.

Gladeshadow was sitting in his den, wondering what the meeting would turn up for RiverClan.

I'm not sure if this sort of restless peace will last for long. I hope everyone comes back safe and sound. I don't think we can even trust the other clans to boey the sacred no fighting rule of StarClan during the Gathering

Leopardtail's mind was straying as she sat in her den. The gathering was tonight, and tension could literally be felt in the whole teritory. The very ground she walked on seemed to be strained and waiting.
I hope all will go well...She thought, I surely hope so...

It was tonight. The gathering. Goldenstar was determined for the clans to be at peace and have no fighting at this gathering. Goldenstar was a little surprised at being Clan Leader but it had been a moon or two and she had long gotten over it.

Goldenfeather was in her den wondering what this gathering would mean for Riverclan. Looking in Goldenstar's she sighed and went outside to meet with her.

'Hello Goldenfeather' Goldenstar said 'Wonder what the meeting will bring to Riverclan'

'I've been wondering too...' Goldenfeather answered 'But only time will tell'

'Well, I'm off to give Rainpaw her lesson' Goldenfeather meowed.

'See you at the gathering, Goldenfeather' Goldenstar meowed rubbing her nose against Goldenfeather's.

Goldenfeather said goodbye, waved her tail and was off.

(1 quick question; are the NPC's controllable to anyone (as long as it isn't really something stupid or plot-altering)?)

Tanglekit squirmed as his mother, Whitepelt licked his skin., cleaning off the dirt. "Hold still. It'll all be over soon," she soothed to the younger cat as he squirmed to get away from her.

((:o Wait, no elders?

By the way, if Hawkwing is female, feel free to correct me.))

Gravelpaw flinched a bit as she mixed a poultice, hearing wailing nearby.
Silly Hawkwing, she thought, always getting thorns in his pads. Lucky that's what this poultice is for, and it's almost finished.
She padded over to the warrior. "Come on, Hawkwing," she sighed. "Let's get that thorn out." She beckoned with her tail to follow and went to the medicine den.

((Nope, no Elders are in the rp according to the first post. And for that matter, very few ranks outside of Leader, Deputy, Warrior, and Medicine Cat.))

((I figured as much would happen when i started this.

And I'm thinking up names for the NPCs. Feel free to create your own, but don't go overboard))

(( That's really an either-or sort of thing. You can ask someone, or you can have an NPC be your mentor))
