    ASB Central is dominated by business buildings, the Bank, and the PRO. Nothing else! No need for residential buildings because trainers spend all their money on Pokemon and items. I mean what kind of government would provide free housing and food? Even if they did, taxes would be sky-high, trainers couldn't pay those taxes, and the system would fall apart. Simply put, houses are more trouble that they're worth!
