• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • Squire Barnes is the Sports guy for Global News, which is what our family watches.

Uh, anytime from 8:30 to 9:30 - 6:00 to 7:00. Yes, I sleep insanely early, and I wake up insanely early as well, whatever.
I've been trying to figure that out D:< Squire (please tell me you know who that is) didn't say so on the news, and the CTV story I just read never mentioned him.
Any of the demographic statistics in particular you'd be interested in seeing? As for player ratings, I don't know of any system that would give anything like an accurate rating given the very small number of battles any given player has participated in. Hence why Effercon's ratings are not official--they mean next to nothing.

I do hope to automate present-giving for this Christmas, and Black Market and Birthday hack components should come out around the same time, as they'd all be working off the same basic model.

As for sig move/attribute stuff, probably not, as I don't want to have to mess with a ton of different permission groups. But it's possible far in the future, I suppose.
What kind of official statistics are you thinking about? I'll probably throw together a little page that shows how many people are in the league, what the most popular pokémon is, etc. at some point when I'm bor3ed, but I wasn't planning on anything too elaborate

Businesses will not be done until after the battle system integration, which will take quite a while.
Eh, judging by the fact that I've only beaten four gym leaders I think it's a no to trade and battle.
I added you on White, so yes. Specific time should be before 4pm if we do it today.

Neither do I, I saw it pretty randomly.

I follow Hockey, Soccer, Football (American and Canadian), Tennis, Baseball, Golf, and sometimes Basketball. Now arguably my mother yells at my Dad and I constantly because of this, but I accept it for the sake of the game(s).

Seeds are numbered 1-16 or 1-32 at the beginning of the tournament. Seed #1 is usually the top-ranked player (in this case, Novak Djokovic), the second seed being second in the world, etc. So the 25th seed (Feliciano Lopez) is the 25th ranked player in the world, I think. There are exceptions, as different tournaments are played on different court surfaces (grass, clay, and hard-court, which is essentially hardened rubber, like Running Track surface), and some players are better on one surface than another, raising or lowering their seed number.

    If you understand that.

Do you remember that commercial from last year where it showed kids getting excited about school supplies, and then the voice in the background informing the audience that the children were actors, they were getting paid to react in such ways, and no right-minded child would ever respond in that way. I loved that :D

Give me a second. I have to find my DS :p

In other news, are you following the tennis? Because the lone Canadian still in it is beating the twenty-fifth seed :D
It's alright. Just...don't do something like that so after a disaster again. I'll have your replacement arena by the time I get home tomorrow. Just tell me any limitations you want on it, and I'll incorporate them.
Alright, that is agreeable. Just give me some time to think of a replacement.
...it is because of the fact that, like I have said, you seem to be /trivializing a huge natural disaster that literally just happened/, which tends to piss people off. A LOT. So seriously, save the idea for a while later when people aren't just recovering from it.
