• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

    Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

    Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

    It's actually really fun. I mean, in what other game do you get to control a knight who flies on a dragon and stabs other knights who ride on dragons with a lance?
    So, I've been playing Fire Emblem lately. It's actually somewhat similar to pokemon, a Nuzlocke run in particular. It's a turn-based battle system. There are status effects. You can use different weapons like different attacks. If a unit dies, it's dead for the rest of the game and unless you restart and clear the level without anyone dying you can't use that unit, ever. But the thing that makes it most like a Nuzlocke...

    FUCKING CRITICAL HITS.
    Not that I ever actually cleaned it either. She must have spent at least four hours on that before we moved out.
    My mother types the answer:

    "When Superbird got really bored when he was little he became a REAL pain in the butt just when I needed to do other things. If we had a TV I would have just given in and plopped him down in front of it so he could be a nice, quiet well behaved zombie. However, without the option of TV he eventually gave up dragging me to an early grave and instead would get involved in something creative like turning his room into a maze of plumbing and interconnected computer networks using straws, cardboard boxes, scads of tape and plenty of bottle caps and other interesting paraphernalia."

    ...make what you will.
    Heh, I kinda wish I had TV as a child. Woulda been more able to converse with everyone now. XD
    I don't actually spend much time on the MSPA forums, mainly just refreshing the page for Be The Sea Dweller Lowblood from time to time, so no I don't read Cul-de-stuck. As for Ed, Edd and Eddy, I know what they are but due to the fact that I don't actually have any sort of public TV and the fact that if I did I have other preferences, I don't know that much else.

    Why do you ask?
    Nah, I'm trying to limit my distractions at the moment. (and not doing a very good job)
    My best is where Jade alchemizes a Magic School Bus with the powers of a TARDIS and she takes the pre-Scratch kids & trolls on adventures.

    =O This makes me curious. I will discover it.

    It seems like this RP is quickly degenerating into a massive, mushy, make-out fest.
    Yay! On an unrelated note, I'm resorting on Yoshi to make her not kill herself, so. Lol, this'll be veeeery interesting.
    Healing... Yeah... Of course. ._.;

    So far as speed of progression, I think Annie's going to play hard to get. >:3 Logan can try and try and try, but it's going to take work. And then sloppy makeouts.
