Just a few questions, though: Are any negative priority moves exempt to this, or are they all treated the same way? Like, would the fact that Vital Throw is -1 priority make a difference over a move that's -3 priority?
- How would moves such as Counter interact with this ruling? Would I not be able to command Zack to "use Counter if Lillibeth uses a physical move, otherwise use X"?
- Are high priority moves affected in any way? Would I be able to command him to "use Vacuum Wave if she does X, otherwise use Y" and still get the priority boost?
