That's not really necessary. Even if I were to use my Litwick, there aren't really any neutral match-ups for him. I'm probably just going to use Violent Mustelid against Cordelia.

Correct. They're also affected by whatever stat changes were present on their creator at the time they were created.

That sounds plausible enough, so sure. They'll only be small rocks, so if an attack requires a barrage of larger rocks it'll be weaker in power than usual.

I don't as of yet; mostly I'm trying to put together a contest system that's more like the current battling system we have - something that could be reffed easily using the contest move data that we have from ORAS, rather than having a panel of judges which is really difficult to organise.
I haven't really posted anything about contests because I'm still in the early stages, but when things do get going I'll probably set up a festival of some sort.

Not yet. MF and uv were the ones who were really interested in contest stuff. You could ask uv about it, let her know you'd be interested.
That's something I hadn't considered, actually. Thinking about it, I probably would've let you save the 3%, even though it sounds a little broken what with it being the last action of the bout. Flavor-wise, it'd make sense that Scootch would be recuperating from using the move, regardless of where he was afterward.
