Buy a porygon. Seriously. A deino's movepool is terrible compared to porygon's and hustle is a terrible ability (at least in my opinion; I like dependability). You can evolve porygon easily if you can afford the cost of the items and even if you can't porygon has a wonderfully varied movepool that is awesome. Despite my super-fun (and not dependable at all) sig attribute on my deino, I wouldn't recommend for anyone to buy one at all when compared to porygon.
