Note the advanced, not elite (somehow there's only two active advanced refs right now).

They're not horrible or even bad at all, really; they get the gist of what's happening over pretty well. One or two grammar mistakes (that aren't exactly commonly known, anyways), but they're minor. Mostly they're lacking /substance/ (as in fluff and more/better description), but that comes with more practice and slightly more effort (effort does not necessarily mean time (my reffings usually take around 7-8 hours each, spread between a day or two, but I'm a ridiculously slow, perfectionist writer; Squorn, on the other hand, makes 4-5 reffings in a day that are the length of mine (and about to slightly more of the quality of mine))). Looking over your application, which I thought would show your actual ability better, it's actually around the same quality of your reffings now, which either implies your reffing skills are improving (as in good a month ago is now average today) or you didn't put much effort into the mock.

They're actually really good for a not-native speaker of English (better than what i could write in french anyways).

Final note: Read over Advanced to Elite refs' work (and possibly some established Novices', too, I suppose) and compare their reffings to yours or something; at least just /read/ them.
