    Everyone was allowed one fifth-generation pokémon to coincide with Black/White's US release, and that pokémon could have a Dream World ability if they wanted. You can't get them through normal means.

    You can start over with a new account, but if you want your old one back, I can enter it into the system for you. It will probably take a while to do that, though.

    Maybe try Sanctic? It has a ton of posts but really it's just starting.
