Oof, that really sucks. I knew a person who stuttered a lot, and halted randomly in his sentences, actually. He wasn't a bad person.
I never pay attention though, either :'D Very short attention span. My agenda is covered in doodles, and I need to refresh my supply of lined paper every few weeks because I doodle on all the pages.
I have shaky hands as well, but probably not as shaky as yours :| I use really short, fast strokes to compensate for it, so I suck ass at tracing and outlining and stuff. I'd recommend you stick to digital, because of the miraculous undo button, but hopefully you can find a way to make drawing... less vexing.
