You decide. For example, in the Novice rank mock, Allatar is ordered to use Rain Dance. You could do two things.
"Allatar tries to begin moving his aching muscles, but is still under the effect of the static and falls over on his side mid-stride."
Or you could say
"Allatar begins moving, albeit very slowly, and swings his legs around slowly. As he continues moving, he makes the last step in the mystical dance and he feels a cold wet drop fall on his head."
Try to be fair, basically. You could do it two outcomes.
