Cake. I like the flavor and textrue more, not to mention that it's easier to decorate a cake and make it look nice (for me, anyway).

Cake for many reasons:
1. The cake is a lie.
2. Pie is an obvious ripoff of 3.14159265358979323848264338327950288419
3. Cake tastes better.
4. I never liked pie
5. Chocolate cake > Chocolate pie
6. You can decorate cakes much easier.
7. Cakes can come in many more shapes than pies

Cake, because they normally look better, and I like the chocolate variety of cake better than I like the chocolate variety of pie. That's what everything comes down to with me. Chocolate.
