I only have one, My Groudon which I have had since Ruby until my game cartridge completely disappeared, luckily I traded it to my Sapphire before then:sweatdrop:. So now it is on my Diamond along with a level 73 Kyogre. Groudon has been in 4 different games Ruby->Sapphire->Fire Red->Diamond. =)
 
My main team in LG and some things from RBYGSC that I don't remember.
 
I have a lot on a lot of different games, none on Red, 1 Ferilagatr on Gold, On Leafgreen, A Elekid, a venasaur, a butterfree, Rhydon TRADE, and a heracross
Ruby, An Absol and a Mudkip and finally a lot of Pearl, 2 Gibles, Garchomp TRADE, RhypheriorWIFI, PiplipWIFI, Palkia and a Diagla TRADE
 
... I've had at least one on every game I've actually bothered playing through fully. Namely Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Fire Red, and Pearl. Usually it's been the starter, though on my third Red play through I had an Alakazam as well, and on Silver I trained Lugia. Pearl's the only game I didn't train the starter, (due to the water type finally being too weird looking for me to use it) and trained a Luxray, and a Sneasel.
 
I'm in the 11-20 crowd. Got very bored one day and decided to rare candy a few pokemon in red for shits and giggles.

I do have a legit Blaziken, Altaria, Typhlosison, Pikachu and Porygon2 though.
 
In Diamond, I have about 15, but all but two (Blaziken and Infernape) I got from either the grand exchange or real life friends. I've yet to train a Pokemon to level 100 though without an experience bonus from trading.
