The premise:
One of the main attractions in Hearthome City (and elsewhere) is the Super Contest Hall. There, coordinators come in droves in their best outfits to show off their best Pokemon in hopes they can walk away with a ribbon for being the coolest, most beautiful, cutest, smartest, or toughest. To add to the pressure even more, TV crews and photographers are also present, ready to beam the winners around the world.
You play a coordinator that is just beginning their foray into the Super Contest world. You are fully aware of the riches and glory that come from being a contest superstar--but you also know that the road to stardom will not be easy. Can you rise above your opening night jitters and the drama behind the scenes and win your first ribbon?
Sign up here in detail with the following information:
Name: What's your character's name?
Age: How old is your character?
Appearance: What does your character look like on a typical day (no pictures, please)
Personality: What is your character like?
Contest Specialty: Which of the five types of contests are you the best at?
Costume: What kind of costume do you wear on the Contest stage? (nothing too suggestive, please)
Pokemon: What Pokemon are you entering in this Contest?
Some information about the three sections of the Contest:
Visual: You are given 60 seconds to dress up your Pokemon with a set of predefined Accessories (You don't know what you get until you open the Mystery Fashion Cases in each dressing room). When all have finished their attempt at a coherent outfit, all four participants will then show their Pokemon. The best dressed Pokemon wins.
Dance: Each coordinator and Pokemon dance together on a stage similar to a DDR machine, only rather than follow sparkling arrows on a screen to a beat, the coordinator and Pokemon may do whatever moves they wish, providing one of the two touches one of the four arrows on the stage at any time. (These arrows are located in the four cardinal directions) Points are taken off if an arrow is not touched during the performance. Make it through the song while remembering to touch an arrow to win.
Acting: Put on an act incorporating your Pokemon's moves and appeal to the judges and the audience! Well coordinated acts raise the judge's voltage, and if you max it out...I'll leave you to discover the boost you get.
I'll post my character later.
