Any villain(s) you really hate for whatever reason? Are they really just that evil? Or just really, really, really annoying?

It takes a lot for me to hate a villain, but 343 Guilty Spark from Halo takes the cake for now. He just goes on and on about how smart he is, hums a silly tune, and then turns out to be an asshole.

So, what say you?
 
Nene, from Blue Dragon, was really annoying. D: And Eggman, I want to punch him in the throat IF HE HAD ONE.
 
Porky Minch/the Pigmask Army, from Mother 3 if you didn't know.
Seriously, Porky began mechanizing animals, which ended with Hinawa's death. Turned Claus into the mindless shell that is Masked Man. Taking complete control over Tazmily Village, twisting the peaceful town in the process. Why?

Because he was BOOOOORED!

You HAVE to hate him for that. and his army is a bunch of effin' jerks as well.

The dragon thing in Final Fantasy X, right before Yuna's wedding interruption. Pain in the ass until I figured out the right combo of spells.
 
The Combine Overseers in the Half-Life 2 episodes. ... Christ.

I guess that's pretty much it, actually. I'll edit this later if I ever think of any more...
 
The Doctor from Cave Story. He's quite good at making you really, really want to smash his face in a few times. Like the part where he
kills King and makes you kill Toroko, in the same cutscene.
 
Why is this just games? Anyway not a villain at all but Barry (D/P Rival) really does get on my nerves, so does Dawn, stop stalking me damnit!
 
Guilty Spark, but for another reason; too easy. You just run around for a bit until Johnson blows his eyes off then you shoot it thrice with a freaking SPARTAN Laser. At least turn him into a giant robot.

And for the same reason; Joey from Suikoden II. He summons a wolf with five runes AFTER his excuse for a henchman hands over a massive AoE spell which annihilates five enemies. Wow, impressive. Next time, give me a challenge.

Oh, and Atlas & Persephone from God of War: Chains of Olympus. If you leveled your Sun Shield properly, it's easier than a cakewalk with a moped.
 
Dhoulmagus, from Dragon Quest 8--granted, he was just a lackey for the final boss, but what he did at the abbey made him pass Kefka on my most hated villian list
 
I can't believe I forgot Team Skull, from PMD 2, they're just a bunch of effin' jerks, I want to punch their faces inside out. Shame I can't, I'm a Skitty, I have no hands to punch with.

YES YES YES I bloody hated Evrae. Especially because I'd just beaten it, the cutscene of the party sliding down the ropes to crash the wedding happened and... my disc froze. So I had to borrow my friend's non-scratched copy and beat the damned thing all over again. )<

Also, Seymour Flux (the one on Mt. Gagazette) from the same game.

Um... I hate Galleom. Hes just so clunky and generic, plus you have to kill him twice.
Also the Koopa Kids.

It wasn't Galleom hat I hated, i just hated WHAT YOU NEEDED TO DO TO GET HIS TANK TROPHY!!! CURSE YOU, BOSS BATTLES ON INTENSE!!!

*ahem* though I'm not too fond of Dark Samus. Mostly because of what it did in Corruption. Those who have played and beaten the game know what I'm talking about.
