Open Pokemon Mystery Dungeon

(Everybody's post is short right now, except for a rare few XD)

Following Joseph down the stairs-he was amazed that an Eevee could climb stairs-Blink was slightly surprised at what he saw. On the first floor down, he saw large groups of Pokemon talking amongst themselves, with some of them at the two bulletin boards that had some papers posted. Blink concluded that they were all exploration teams, and those papers on the board jobs, although what they were for he couldn't tell.

The next floor down-which was the final one-was less crowded, and had fewer people here. As he looked around, Blink noticed a little bird-like pokemon, a Chatot, walk over to him and Joseph. Wondering what he wanted, he was about to ask when Chatot said "Shoo, shoo you! We don't want, nor need, any more fliers; we've already had enough to fill this guild up several times."

A little stunned at this, Blink replied to him "I don't have any fliers! Or anything like that! I came here because Joseph over here decided to bring me here, which he says is his home."

Avery smiled, at least as best as a Taillow could, and replied,

"Nice to meet you Chora Ronalds. Interesting that you have a second name, not many around here do, so I suppose you aren't exactly from around here."

Chora's flabergasted follow-up didn't surprise Avery much, as he was used to newcomers from other towns and regions visting from time to time, some lost, some just stopping for a rest.

"This here is treasure town, or well, at least the town slightly to the east of us, but anyways, it's a small adventuring town home to no more than about a couple hundred, or so, pokemon." Avery smiled rreassuringly, "You seem to have somethings on your mind, if you'd like, I could accompany you through town, and perhaps I could convince my guild leader to let you stay for the night that way tommorow you can get things sorted out."

Avery had a sudden pang in his mind, as if this person was to be the bringer of something new to his life, and more than she already had. He smiled once again, happy to know that, in the least, he had helped someone, and that there might be room for a potential freindship.

"I'm sorry about this..." Joseph said as he attempted to explain. "I found this Ralts, Blink, at the edge of Beach Cave down by the beach. He was unconscious along with a few others. I confirmed he isn't dangerous."

"While the others were aided by someone else, I discovered that Blink Had developed amnesia. So I brought him here to see if he could get any help." Joseph finished.

"I don't recall a doctor of any kind being around here, but is there anything we can at least try?"

I told you. I'm moving across the country. I'm only on at night! Interacte with the other's for christ sake!

"Oh.err....I...don't know where I came from. Ayway, let's go!"
They ventured into the cave, and at last, they go to the end!
"Crystal, look! it's....a statue.... of a Pokemon. It looks like...a....a....a Keldeo....."
She examined the staue of the 5th gen legendary more closely. It seemed to have illegible writing on it.
"Let's just leave" Charmander walked five feet, she fell into a hole in the ground.
She ended up inside a guild room with Crystal by her side. Apparently, she fell on the second to last floor where Crystal found her unconcious. Charmander was brought to the guild to tend her wounds.

A second name was strange? But to Chora, a second name seemed normal. Like it was expected to have a surname.

"No, I'm pretty sure I'm not from around here. I... I don't know where I'm from. I just... came here." She looked about her, taking in the scenery. She seemed so small now. Only around one foot tall or something. She couldn't weigh more than twenty-five pounds.

But now the Taillow had offered her a place to stay. Now that the thought of resting occurred in her mind, she suddenly became very tired and hungry. Her tiny stomach rumbled, and she raised her paw to it.

"A place to stay would be nice, I suppose. Where's this guild-thingy you talk about?"

"Wow, I meet a new person and then they get hurt," Crystal moped around the guild. She was hoping someone would have a mission or something for her.

Charmander's legs were stinging, but somehow, she could walk around. "Look, an outlaw challenge!" Charmander looked at the challenge. Accelgor has stolen a Destiny Sword from Karrablast. "It's in Thunderwave Cave.Let's go!"

Avery found Chora's response a little odd, but passed it off as unimportant.

"The guild is on the far east side of town, not more than a five minute walk, or flight, from here."

Avery lead the way as they headed into town, passing by the shops of main row.

"This is where most of the activity is in town, almost all shops are here, and most of them are used and directed primarily towards exploring. I'd like to be in an exploration team, but I just don't have the patience, or organizational skills to start one." Avery sighed slightly and resumed, "Anyways, most homes are to the north of the square, but the guild hall is up the hill to the east, and sits on top, and beside the edge of a cliff, most windows of basement floors still pouring in great amounts of light because of this unique and well thought out design."

"Huh?" Crystal said,"did you say Thunderwave cave?" but before she got a reply Charmander was out the door. She bolted after it, she still wasn't really sure of it's gender, and sure as hell wasn't going to check.

As Chora followed Avery, she was surprised by how close the town was to them. She didn't noticed it when they were airborne. She looked at the different rows of stores. There was obviously a bank, as a random blue humanoid Pokemon handed his coins over to the teller. There was a daycare, run by a happy pink Pokemon. The were two chameleons running another stand... She was overwhelmed by the noise emitting from everywhere, all the different creatures.

"So, are we on our way to the guild?" For some reason, she felt like she almost belonged where Avery was leading her. She hadn't even known this bird for ten minutes, yet she felt... connected to him. She excitedly caught up with him after a few seconds of just standing around looking at everything.

"What does this guild do, anyway?"

"Hmm? Hat does the guid- yeesh, you realy must've konked your head good, that or where you're from there isn't one, but that would be odd. Anyways, the guild is one of what I assume o be many spread across our world, and is the hub for exploration teams, most prominently the local ones. Each guild hall has a Guild Master, not as scary as it sounds, or at least not in our case. Our leader is a Wiglytuff, and he's a strong one. I haven't actually seen his power mind you, but his best freind and second in command, Chatot, seems to get frightfully scared whenever Wigglytuff comes even close to anger or sadness."

Avery whitsles in awe as he sees a team walk by. His eyes stay on them as long as he can before he resumes.

"Sorry 'bout that, that was Team Alpha, their not actually from around ere, but everyone notices when they stop here. Probably one of te greatest teams still active. Anyways here we are."

Avery looks up at the Wigglytuff half-head tent. He steps forward onto the grate, and hears Diglett's assessment and then hears him ask for avery's partner to step on the grate.

"Ah, security system, just to keep theives, inerlopers, and general bums from entry. Diglett's quite freindly though, I may introduce you to hi, time permitting of course." Avery smiles again, inviting Chora to step on the grate.

Charmander was at the entrance with Crystal closing in. So they went on in.

At that moment, they saw the outlaw. Accelgor used bug bite on Charmander. Wasn't effective, but still hurt HER. Charmander didn't know what moves to use, so she tackled the outlaw. Not a scratch on the outlaw."Crystal, I have an idea!" She whisperedmin her ear ,"use as many attacks as you can to distract it,and I'll get the sword."

Crystal let out a charge beam and a swift but they didn't have too much of an effect. Then she got up close and used fire fang(an egg move) and that hurt it a lot. It stumbles back a bit. Oh hurry up charmander.

Charmander snuck behind the bug type outlaw and got the sword. Charmander motioned Crystal to come on. as they were leaving, Charmander used ember on Accelgor and down like a stone he fell. The sheriff (magnaton's evolution) arrected accelgor.

At the guild, Karrablast wept of joy. Karrablast said "wait.....of course! Oh, you two keep it. You'll definitely need it." Karrablast jolted away. "uhh....i think that's enoguh for one day", Charmander mentioned,"Let's eat dinner, then sleep"

Chora thought hard. Where was she from, anyway? She barely knew anything. She knew that she wasn't originally a Pokemon, though. However, she decided to tell Avery about that later. What if he thought she was more crazy than she seemed? She watched the team that Avery had pointed out pass by. When she finally turned around she saw the supposed entrance to the guild.

It looked like a pink rabbit's head had been chopped in two, and the mandible was missing. She took a couple of pawsteps forward, staring directly into the flames that were lit on posts on each side of the head. Looking carefully inside, she could see a ladder and a board full of different slips of paper on it. She didn't quite hear what Avery said, so she unwittingly stepped upon the grate. Her front left paw fell through one of the openings, and she yowled as she felt the sudden sensation of falling. However, it only happened for about a few seconds before she realized that she had only put one paw through the grate. She slowly pulled her paw back out, and obeyed Avery, placing all four paws down on the grate - which felt slightly unstable.

She jumped yet again when she heard a voice from underneath her call out to her. This place gave her the creeps.

(Wee timeskip time!)

After arguing with Chatot a little bit, it was decided that Blink could stay there for a while if he helped out Joseph. Of course, Chatot being himself, he said a few things that scared Blink a little, thinking it was in his head. Joseph didn't seem surprised though, so Blink just assumed that it was normal for that to happen and said nothing.

By the end of the day, Joseph had taught Blink how to do the job he had, which was helping out Dugtrio with the notice boards. Seeing all of the pleas for help, which were a large amount, along with some pretty large rewards, Blink decided on something: he was going to ask Joseph if he wanted to form a rescue team with either at dinner or after it-Chatot had assigned Blink to the same room as Joseph.

"That's a bit crazy," Suzannah admitted. Is she messing with me or is that vulpix just psycho? Looking at the fox confusedly, the electrike fidgeted around for a few seconds but eventually spat out her reply. "I can't believe that just yet," she started to explain, "But why don't we get a smoothie or something? Spinda's Cafe has pretty awesome drinks, but you do have to bring the ingredients."

Pulling out her small collection of berries from a small bag around her neck, she offered her collection to the red creature who apparently once was a human. There was a few pecha berries, an oran berry, one watmel berry (one that she had paid quite a lot to get), three nomel berries and two qualot berries (those were her favorites). Gesturing at them, she then pointed at the spotted panda manning the counter. "Pick one of these and get in line," she explained. "Don't worry, this doesn't cost any money. Give it to Spinda- she's the panda- and she'll make it into a shake for you. Got it?"

((Okay so I haven't played Sky in a while, honestly. I hope I didn't mess this up...))

(Wow this is weird, it's like I don't need to do anything)
Crystal got back with Charmander, and then it suggest to eat. She couldn't dissagree with that. She was starved.

"I know where to go!" Crystal said in a sing-song way.
With that she skipped her way over to the chefs house,"hey you here chimecho?"

A small ball pokemon with a flag hanging from it's bottom came out from a backroom. It was all white with some pink and light purple markings on it.
"Hello, how may I help you?" It asked.

(what gender is chimecho?)

Avery chortled to himself as Chora misstepped onto the grate, nearly losing her footing, but as a Purrloin, e quick reaction was expected. Avery heard Diglett and Loudred confirm, and the gate opened ahead.

"Well, whoever you are, your certainly ok by the guild. Now let me show you down." Avery carefully fell down the hole, controlling his descent by grabbing the ladder with his feet. Avery lead them down past the job floor, and to the social floor, where Avery found Chatot.

"Chatot, would it be alright if Chora here could stay the night, just so she can get things sorted out tommorow. She's kinda out of it and I had found her at the foot of Sharpedo Bluff." Chatot looks regardingly to Avery and responds,

"I suppose, but no-one, and I repeat, NO-ONE, is to bother the guild master, he's quite tired, and I'm sure it would be best if he got the rest he needed." AVery nodded in thanks, and turned to Chora.

"Dinner's on in a couple minutes, so I suppose it would be best to go to the dining hall, to our right." Avery looked towards where the smell of food was prominent, and sighed in content.
