Open Rebirth

The Phione didn't move for a moment, confused by all the chaos. She started to inhale to attack with another icy beam, just before something threw her several feet away. The sound of crackling electricity seemed unbelievably loud..
She tried to move, but several sparks jumped across her body randomly. Ouch..

Cicada flinched back for a moment, but then stood on the branch elegantly. Why was she afraid of an Electrike? Listening to his question, she shook her head, hovering just above the top of the tree as quietly as she could. "It looks like too much chaos now... But maybe..."

She let an Ominous Wind blow through the area of the battle.

Lupistar took shelter behind the branches of the tree from the Ominous Wind. He barked loudly at the battling Pokemon to see if he could intimidate them with the wind blowing. Hopefully the breeze would carry the noise down to the battle, and maybe the Pokemon would think that something was trying to cease the fight.

A peculiar gust blew through the clearing. The Leafeon was buffeted by it, and it aggravated his wound. He heard a noise through it. A barking, but in the din of battle it sounded unbearable to his unstable mind. He tracked the sound down. Finding a tree, he leapt up into the branches, but didn't find anyone there. He did, however, spot a green somewhat canine creature barking at them. Determined to stop the terrible noise, the Leafeon leapt from branch to branch and tackled it.

Nevra watched, more frightened then ever, as a small, green four-legs with yellow markings jumped onto a branch barely a foot over her head, alongside the green sharp-arms. The sharp-arms jumped off as the wind started blowing harder, or atleast Nevra could tell it was by the way some of the skinnier trees bent over and their leaves flapped wildly.

Then the green four-legs began to make short, sharp noises that hurt Nevra's head. A white-yellow four-legs with leaves replacing various parts of its body jumped up too, tackling the smaller one.

It's going to come after me next.

Maybe I could get out of here now... No one will notice me...

She shifted around, making sure to stay out of sight by both the four-legs in the tree and the others on the ground. Of course she couldn't shelter herself from the wind when she was moving, so it hit her head-on.

And it hurt.

As the pain racked her body, she felt the instinct to fight coming from somewhere.

They're hurting me. I have to stop them, she thought, although not in words, and she felt energy surge through her. She had no idea where it came from, but she was grateful for it.

She watched as clouds gathered above and water began to pour from them. The energy ebbed a bit, and she wondered if she was causing it.

Some far corner of her brain began to use the energy in a new way, a way that didn't make her feel calm and relaxed, but more energetic and excited. The air itself seemed to stiffen around her.

She watched now as light came from the clouds, and she wondered now if the clouds were separating again. But no, this light was too bright, too hot, and it made the air smell funny. The beam touched the fighting group, and there was a smell of burned plants there suddenly as well.

Now the energy faded away completely, and Nevra was left somewhat fatigued, but a bit pleased by her accomplishment.

((In case you couldn't tell, that was Rain Dance and then Thunder ;D))

((Cicada is a Scizor, I think.))

"Great, I've aggravated a cat-- ARF!"

As Lupistar was tackled by the Leafeon, he barked again and tried to fight back by rolling backwards with the force and placing his hind paws on the branch, returning the tackle.

A drop of water spattered onto Lakey's nose as she looked for an opponent to fight.

She spun around, glaring eyes seeking out the Pokémon that had hit her with water. Another droplet splashed onto her head, soaking into her fur and her skin. The water was all around her now, making soft pattering noises as it splashed the earth. She realized that this was not in fact a Pokémon's attack, but rather a rainfall.

But where did it come from? she asked herself. It had been perfectly clear out until just a second ago.

Something suddenly clicked in her mind as she gazed at the sky. While the water was not an attack from a Pokémon, the rain itself was.

She hardly had time to realize this fact before the air began to crackle around her, and her fur stood on end for a brief second before there was a brilliant flash. Eenergy surged through her body in equal amounts, made that much worse by the water clinging to her fur. It was electricity, she realized, that had come bolting down from the sky.

She smirked. Obviously the culprit - for, again, this could not have been a natural thing - had no idea that lightning striking her did not hurt, but rather actually powered her up. She sent a bolt of energy from her cheeks once more, and was able to tell the difference between her earlier attacks and this new one - this was powered up by the lightning striking her.

Yahra backed off from the rest of the group and used another sandstorm as rain began to pelt the ground, then she flew in and let off a high pitched noise from her mouth. She twisted and found herself next to the Scyther. "This has gone insane, i haven't even seet that pink pokemon since everyone else started attacking!"

She winced as a strange wind blew through the clearing, then sent a Breathe of purple fire out into the crowd.

(Sandstorm, screech, Dragonbreath.)
((When are we going to stop fighting? Cause this is starting to get ridiculous.))

((We need to stop playing games with the weather. And stopping the fighting would be cool too.))

The Leafeon was caught by the little green dog's tackle. He tried to curl around and catch the canine with his tail. The sand seemed to have returned after a bout of rain, but that didn't quite bother him so much this time around.

((leaf blade))

Seeing the Gardevoir recoil in pain gave the Scyther cause to grin. He moved back up to finish the job, when he saw her eyes. And he stared... He could feel time seem to speed up around him, as he slumped down, groaning. His headache seemed to be back with a vengeance, and he could hardly keep his focus. The Scyther knelt down and held himself up with a blade against the ground. A sudden brush of a strange wind only aggravated his pain, causing himself to cry out. Why did all these creatures have to interfere? They couldn't all want his lunch, and they didn't look similar to the Clefable... Where did they all even come from? He had only seen the two... the Clefable and the Gardevoir... He suddenly stared up as rain began to fall, and a bright light began to form in the sky. The Scyther screamed. "Ah, help!" just before the Thunder attack began. Fortunately, sand began to fly once again, and the Thunder landed on the ground harmlessly, burning a grove of grass and plants. The Scyther smiled once again, looking at the Flygon. His eyes burned a little from the sand, but that beam could have been much worse. Finally able to move and think clearly again, he tried to locate the Gardevoir again crossing his blades to give her a double slash. (X-Scissor)

"Why can't we just cease this fighting?!"

A loud voice came from nowhere, almost knocking Lupistar out of the tree. He turned his head to look at the source. It was a creature almost like the yellow mouse, except it was orange and had a long string of a tail that ended in a lightning bolt.

Lupistar climbed down the tree with much effort and looked at the mouse. "Who are you?"

It nodded. "My name is Sorinak. I saw a whole group of you battling each other and some were pretty wounded, so I'm using my loud voice to stop it."

Lupistar smiled. "So a Raichu's trying to cease battle? Nice."

Now Cicada was angry. She swooped down with shadow at her red claws to try to get the Leafeon out of the tree, her eyes narrowed. She was completely ignoring the Raichu, whom she had hardly noticed.

((Not Shadow Claw, but Night Slash))

The Leafeon looked towards the newcomer, but was suddenly hit with another slash. He was caught unaware, and it hurt, piling up on top of the previous wound. With the last of his strength, he swung his tail leaf at the attacker, trying to strike back, then had to lay down to rest.
"Because...", he answered between breaths, "I am... a forest... god."

Phione looked up dizzily at the sound of angry yelling from the other two creatures, more than slightly dazed.
"Yeah, that sounds pretty good. Let's stop.. now?"

"I only joined in the fight because I saw no other way to end it," Lakey admitted, pushing her way out of the Pokémon assaulting each other to stand out of the group. She looked around, searching for the sources of the voices, and her eyes fell upon a creature remarkably like herself, only orange, taller, with curled ears and a long, winding tail ending in a bolt - a Raichu, she recognized. He had spoken first - Lakey could tell from the direction the first voice had come from.

"I agree," she added. "I want to stop this idiotic fight!"

Nevra's emotional subconciously-created aura changed from aggressiveness to confusion. She had never developed any language other than loud wails that could mean anything, and didn't know what the others were trying to say anyway.

Well, it was all good, as she decided. Atleast the sounds weren't sharp and didn't create headaches.

((We're going to need a psychic to communicate with her sometime :X Lucario would probably be best for this since she talks through her aura, but we don't have one :P))

Sorinak looked at the rest of the agreeing Pokémon, a frustrated glint in his eyes.

"Who decided to attack each other anyway, huh?"

He switched his glare to the Leafeon. "And just because you're a forest god doesn't mean you have to fight." He pointed with his tail accusingly.

Cicada merely stepped back a little.

"I only struck once because I was trying to defend my friend," the Scizor replied adamantly. Her wings buzzed slightly to emphasize her point.
