Open Return of the Pokemon - The Egg Holders

((Is the rock that needed to be Rock Smashed ( or was it Strength?) still present in the side of Mt. Coronet that leads to Celestic?))
 
((No, they cleared it before. But only enough so that the cave was safe to travel through.))
 
Daphne walked into Veilstone, tired and weary but still determined to get to Celestic.

Arceus commands me! I willl bring the pokemon back!

She walked into the Department Store, intending to get a snack.

I know it's expensive, but I need something to eat.

She walked into the elevator and pressed the button. The humming of it passing by floors was giving her a headache, intensified by her hunger. She reached the top floor.

There the vending maching was, appealing as ever. She got out her wallet and considered her options.
 
Jack washed up on the shore a few minutes later. He was shivering from the cold water, but he still had to get there. He checked his egg again. It was fine, but there was one fracture in the shell. It was starting to hatch. Now in a rush, he had to climb up this hill as fast as possible. Grabbing one rock after another, foot by foot, he finally reached the top. He noticed some guy trying to call him, but didn't care enough to look back.The town is in sight. Soon little buddy, you can hatch safely. He thought to himself, then quickly started to run towards Celestic Town.

Finally, Clelstic town. she thought, pedaling in to the small town. She decided to get a little rest at the what-used-to-be Pokémon Center, now turned into a hotel.
 
Blake turned a corner and before him was Celestic town, "Huh, thought it would be farther away," He shrugged his pack higher onto his shoulders and walked into town. He walked over to the Hotel and stepped inside, almost bumping into someone. "Oh, sorry." He sidestepped her and went to rent out a room.

Zack was angry, first his car had stalled and now he couldn't find the girl he was trailing. he growled to himself and drove back into Eterna and parked his car behind the hotel before sitting down with the newspaper again.
 
Cairo let out a huge sigh of relief as he arrived. He strode into the hotel, and rented a room with the little money he had. "Soon, buddy." He said as he set the egg on the bed. "Soon"

David turned when he heard a splash. "Ok, that is definatly suspicious." He managed to make out a figure climbing onto the path from the bank. "Very suspicious." He followed the figure from a distance. When it became clear the figure was headed in the direction of Celestic Town, he ran forward. "Hey! Hey!" He called. "You..er...can't go that way! There's been a landslide and it's broken one of the bridges!"

"Finally.." Jack said aloud. He looked around the small town. It had a calm atmosphere that Jack really enjoyed. He looked around for somewhere quiet to sleep. When he noticed the hotel/pokemon center, he found a way on top of the roof. With no money, it's quite difficult to get in a hotel. He put his shirt back on, now drenched in water and put his egg beside him. The small fracture had gotten larger. "We're here now, so you can hatch whenever you want." He whispered to the little egg, hoping his words got to the little being inside. With a sigh of relief, he lay on his back and looked up at the stars.

Finally, the thick forest ended, and before Jared was a river.

"This wouldn't be a problem if there was a bridge, but..."

CRACK

Jared looked down at his egg, to discover a crack on it's surface.

"Now I have to get there..."

The river didn't look to deep, so all Jared did was hold his egg above his waist, and a few minutes later, he came out, soaked waist down with freezing water.

"C-couldn't I have just used some telekinesis to levitate the egg over the water?" Jared stuttered, shivering.

((Same river, and I don't know if it even goes through there. Might as well be another if it isn't.))
 
Salene looked at the newcomer, who almost bumped into her. "Hi- CRACK! Her egg made an audiable crack. "Oh, shit." she muttered, looking into her backpack. Sure enough, her egg was cracked, but not because of roughness; it was ready to hatch anytime now. She quickly zipped it up and turned back around to face the new person. "Hi, I'm Salene. And you are...?"
 
"Ah! Finally, Celestic!" Liza said stretching her arms. She looked into her bag and saw her egg split some more. She looked up and saw a boy on the roof of the hotel. Beside him was something small with a fracture along it. "Hey! What's that you have there?" she called to him getting closer to the hotel. She heard her egg have another split on it. 'Are you hatching now?!' she thought taking it out of her bag. It stopped moving and was still once more.
 
Blake put his room key into his pocket and turned towards who he now knew was Salene. "Nice to meet you, Salene. My name's Blake Ayuma, But you can call me Blake." The cracking sound he had heard sounded strange, as far as he knew he hadn't bumped into ther hard enough to break anything so what had that noise been? Suddenly he felt a warm spot on his back. he shifted his bag uncomfortably and the patch got hotter. He took his bag off and reached inside. His hand touched the egg and his fingers began to burn. 'Huh, I guess you're getting ready to hatch.' He zipped up his bag and put it back on. "So what brings you to Celestic Town?" He asked Salene.
 
Salene froze; she had not been expecting to be put on-the-spot like that. He did, however, check his backpack...

"Oh, no reason." CRACK! she heard it again. "Why are you here?"
 
Jared continued walking towards Celestic, when the small town came into view. After a few minutes, Jared entered Celestic, when he spotted a girl holding an egg.

"Hey, you! What's up with that?" Jared yelled to the girl as he approached, when his egg suddenly cracked again.
 
"Oh im just running an errand for someone." The heat on his spine was growing more intense each second. Finally it stopped and remained at an uncomfortable temperature. Suddenly there was a muffled Crack from his bag. There was shouting from outside. "Anyway, I should probably get some rest, See ya later." He turned and stepped into the elevator.
 
"Huh?" Liza turned to see a boy yelling to her, "Hey, you! What's up with that?" and she heard another crack come from her egg. She felt it start giving off electric waves. She looked down to see another crack going through the side. "Uh, well..." she heard a crack come from the boy. "Are you an Egg Holder?" she asked him, approaching him.
 
"I wouldn't use that term, but... I guess."
Jared took a pause.
" I'm guessing there are other people coming?"

'Like she would know.' Jared thought to himself.
 
Egil smiled at Imogen, shaking her hand firmly. He then looked down at his egg. It wiggled a bit, though not enough for him to really notice from a moment's glance. He stroked it softly, smiling. The egg was warm, and still tucked safe in the crook of his arm.

"It's an egg! He's a cute little guy, isn't he? You can touch him, if you're careful," he said softly. "And if you want, we can walk together to Eterna."
 
Drake had arrived in Celestic inconspicuosly, humming Halelujah with happiness. He walked into the hotel, and was surprised to see the girl with the backpack from bfore, talking to somebody else. He got a room key, and headed to the elevator. As he passed the girl's backpack, however, he heard a very loud CRACK, followed by a muttering of "Oh, shit." He began to think, and then something clicked in his mind. Arceus had mentioned something about more people having eggs. Drake decided to chance telling somebody about the eggs, and if this girl had one, then she had to have recieved Arceus's message. He turned around, and had enough time to see something round and blue in the girl's backpack before she zipped it up. He waited till the other boy got on the elevator and asked her:

"Do you have a Pokemon egg in that backpack?"
 
Salene looked at the boy in wonder. "How did... how did you know?" she asked barely above a whisper. Something told her, however, that this boy could be trusted.
