"Hello Sinnoh. Look up from your peaceful, dreary lives and gaze towards the sky. The Stars above you are shining brightly in anticipation of our return. We will rise again to strike down your impure and imperfect world, and birth our own; the goal of the great Cyrus before me; a World Without Spirit."
---
The first transmission had been over a week ago now, a great number of the TV sets with cable access going out and displaying the image of a female with long blue-black hair from the shoulders up, face cast in shadow except for one sliver of pale skin and a shining blue eye. The TV station in Jubilife had been thrown into a tizzy after the incident, and the appearance of Galactic Grunts around Sinnoh had only added to the fear.
The plans of the evil group had insofar been extremely cryptic, and any Grunts captured by police were reluctant to say more than what they were planning would be bigger than any of their plans before. There were a few locations with noted increased Galactic activity, however; Hearthome City, Mt. Coronet, the outskirts of Celestic Town...
Hearthome City Church in particular was home to a great number of Galactics loitering around.
---
It was a warm day, the sun high in the sky and few clouds. There was the slighted breeze, though it was warm and not too bad; summer was starting to take over spring. Hearthome was quiet as a city of its size could be; there were few people around the street, as it was midday, and a few wild Pokemon and a few trained ones lurked around.
The Church's doors stood slightly open, like normal, and a boy who looked to be in his late teens was lurking around the entrance. He was gathering many dirty looks from passerby, for he was dressed in the Galactic uniform. He didn't seem to notice, and just leaned on the wall, frowning. Inside, a few people were milling around, and it was quiet.
A tall teenaged girl was standing before the alter, her arms crossed over her chest and a small smile on her face. Her black hair few in soft waves to her waist, and her dress was fairly ordinary; a tee-shirt and jeans. She seemed mostly oblivious to the other people around her, and seemed to be thinking.
Outside, a stronger breeze made the door creak softly, and open a bit wider.
