• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Open Spirits return...

"Humph. My name is Angelo..." Turning back to chan he said "Ot's simple... You just look for a cave that is the same shape as the one you are in... Then find which way goes to your destination."

"Firebird is my name!" the orange-winged Zubat chimed, flapping harder and momentarily using super-sonic echoes. "So you're a Zangoose, right?"

Vanish turned around. "Hello... my name is Vanish, and my father was Thunder's Echo. Glad to have you around, I guess... as long as you're not threatening." He took a swipe at the air with one levitating hand.

"And I'm Erican!" the Pikachu replied. "You're just a little late to meet my master, Masquerade - he literally just left." Erican looked at the Zangoose. "So, what's your name?"

"Yeah, thanks for the sarcasm, Angelo." Xhan frowned at the book. He glanced up at the Zangoose. "Uh... Well... As it happens, we are... Whatever Derish just said... And my name is, uh, Xhan. So, yeah." Xhan glared back at Angelo. "Seriously. Where are we? I have a little thing I need to do. Soon." Wonder if the spirits can experience death twice?

Halan nods his head at the new comer, a silent look of amusement in his eyes.

"I am Halan."

He then glances at Xhan, his eyes softening a little as he watched the young boy.

He looks just like his parents...

"Oooooooooh... Well, whatever." Xhan stuffed the book back in his pack. "I'm just going to go straight, because that seems much easier and we're screwed aren't we?"

"Well, yeah, that's why I want her ahead of us. But unless she changes direction, I'm going straight." Xhan sighed. Well, I guess I'm going to die from my stupidity at SOME point or another.

If Vanish had a mouth, he would have smiled.

"I like the humor here, but don't we have a mission of some sort... like stopping dangerous spirits? I am not one of them, by the way."

"Wait... where are we going again?" Firebird asked, whirling around in midair. "I need a destination, but describe to me the scenery and shape of things. Colors won't do..."

"We just need to find a cave in Mt. Moon besides the regular one more commonly used." Xhan figured it would be best to avoid contact as much as possible. I. Sound. Like. An. IDIOT!!!!!!!!! Grandpa, you made a bad choice. "And I have no clue what it looks like."

"Sigh... There is a large cavern deep under us... It has a large tower on the inside... That is what you should look for..."

"The tower is INSIDE??!!! You didn't tell me that!" Xhan couldn't help but be a little irritated at Angelo. Well, telling us now is better than telling us when it's too late... "Alright, lead on, Firebird."

That should have been obvious... You think it would be where any human could find it?"

Vanish shrugged and blinked his single eye. "What Xhan said sounds like a plan. Will ghosts have a distinct advantage here?"

"I DON'T KNOW!!!!!!!" Xhan suddenly burst out. "That's the thing, is I don't know ANYTHING about this!" He felt like he was about to explode.

Halan walks over to Xhan and places a paw on his shoulder, a soft chuckle escaping him.

"Calm down, Xhan. In times as these, it is best to remain calm, least we tip off the ones we are after. The enemy could be anywhere, at any time, waiting and watching for us to be in a weakened state of mind."

He looks ahead at their destination, a serious look in his eyes.

"We can do this, my boy. Don't fret."
