The creature roared, lifted it's front legs high up into the air, turned, and charged away from the Lucario.

It caught another scent, and turned a corner, dashing after new prey.

 

[Mad MOAI]

Tei started trotting, and then running. He didn't know why. Something was pulling him, away from the alley and towards a large, crumbled building in ruin on the other edge of the street. His paws swiftly struck the ground repeatedly as he dashed forwards and towards the brick ruins.

"Almost there..."

He heard a roar.

 

[Darksong]

Noelle sighed.

She began to hop gracefully down the road. As far as she knew, there were no Pokémon nearby. But she didn't know this place very well. Chances are, she was wrong.

A roar from nearby shook her ears, and she took cover behind a wall. Maybe she was safe here. But then again, this place was never safe.

 

[Time Psyduck]

"Salllaaaaaaammmaaaaaaaaa!!!"

The creature let out it's thunderous roar as it hurtled round another corner and came across a Medicham. It thundered past, it's powerful jaws taking a swipe to the side, looming towards the Medicham, preparing to rip it apart.

 

[Mad MOAI]

Tei was completely intimidated by the passing Salamence. He charged toward it and raised his head so that his blade was ready to strike. He leaped toward the base of its wing.

Don't get to close to the head, or it could tear your own off.

 

[Darksong]

Noelle could see no way to dodge this. She used Detect, creating a shield around her. Then she sped away, in the opposite direction of the Salamence.

((This reminds me of battling an Epic on Spore :D))

 

[Time Psyduck]

The head of the vampiric Salamance crashed into the field, stopping it for a moment, before it recovered what little sense it had, located the fleeing medicham, and set of in a rapid pursuit.

 

[Sylph]

Timmy sighs when he doesn't get an answer from Zuri, continueing to follow her where ever she was leading him. He looks around him, looking for anything that might tip off they are being followed or stalked.

This can't be good...it's too quiet...

 

[Darksong]

Noelle looked over her shoulder. So he's following me? Great....

To distract him, she used Confusion, and made a rapid turn down another street. As soon as she could, she disappeared into a barber shop about halfway down the block.

 

[Coloursfall]

"So, what shall we do now, my Love?" Zuri asked Timothy, looking back at him with a gleaming red eye. She smirked and stopped walking, waiting for him.

 

[Sylph]

Timmy glances back at her, studying her silently before answering. He studies her form and the sleek fur that cover every inch of her body, a warm feeling heating up in his chest.

"..The city...if you're hungry...we might even catch a show of others dieing..."

 

[Time Psyduck]

The confusion attack hit home, but had no effect. The creature was no longer in any state of mind that would allow for doubt or confusion. It had a scent, it's target was running, and any cunning the creature had was gone.

The creature saw it's prey turn too late of it to make the same move, and it overshot, skidding to a halt, turning, and coming back up effortlessly. It turned the corner to find the medicham it was chasing had vanished.

It sniffed the air and began to creep slowly down the street, searching left and right in each of the shop windows.

 

[Darksong]

Noelle knew she hadn't much time. With Hi Jump Kick, she broke through the wall and raced across the freeway road that was there, diving into the trees on the other side. Just in case the Salamence found her, she prepared to use Ice Punch.
