• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

The games that blew your mind

Tales of Symphonia.

It had a bit of a confusing storyline, but I still liked the game a lot. I like the battle system too.

Pokemon Yellow. I'd played Red and Blue before, but Yellow was just amazing to me.

Also Crystal. X3

Then fast-forward several years. Two games: Eternal Sonata, with its magical and emotional (if somewhat odd) storyline and Lost Odyssey, which has brought me to tears so many times, I feel slightly more feminine now.

Brawl
Twilight Princess
World of Goo
Ocarina of Time
Pokémon Blue Version
Pokémon Sapphire (simulated, but still)
Star Wars Episode 1 Racer--nobody's heard of it, but it is still my favorite N64 game.
...and hopefully...
Okami (I haven't gotten it yet)

Yeah, a lot of games blow my mind. I'm cool like that.

Pokemon Red
Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, duh!
And Pokemon Gold. I got it when I was little. Cloning Pokemon, cutting grass with Cut for no good reason, making an army of Marill.. and just going crazy about all the different colors in the game, compared to my Red game. And my Espeon and Umbreon were awesome. Loved that game!
But then my gameboy color fell out of the car on a camping trip (Why I brought it, I don't know exactly..) while it was raining and stopped working, and it kinda killed the Gold game's memory. Now both of them don't work anymore. ;_;

Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.

Awesome until it ended. Then it got boring.
Other then that...
-Pokemon Pearl
-Brawl
-Emerald

There's more, I just can't think right now.

Star Wars Episode 1 Racer--nobody's heard of it, but it is still my favorite N64 game.
...and hopefully...

I have it on Dreamcast. It would be far superior, but my crappy used copy has music that fails to play much of the time, and sounds that cut out suddenly. But that says more about used games than the Dreamcast version.

Maybe this is just personal bias, but I've played it on N64 too, and it is better on DC. :P

Pokemon Crystal, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, and EarthBound (Mother 3 too I guess) really blew my mind.
They were freaking amazing.
