THIS IS HOW WE BLEED
Some Pokemon are born with half a soul. These Pokemon are bound to one other who hold the other half - their counterpart. These Pokemon are marked by a roman numeral two birthmark on their bodies somewhere. The very odd thing about this phenomenon is that those with half a soul always share it with one who is the counterpart of their species.

The 'Twosprirts' have strange powers, as well - a powerful bond with their counterpart, the ability to transmit thoughts and feelings between them, shared pain, and immense strength when fighting with their counterpart.

But now they are in danger.
A powerful dark force is hunting for them, so all those with the two birthmark were thrust out of their families and into the wild on their own, for fear of being killed for hiding one. All of the 'Twospirits' have managed to find each other and have set out to defeat the darkness...

Name: Apollo

Gender: Male

Age: 11

Species: Nidoran♂

Appearance: Apollo is mostly your usual Nidoran♂, a small, cuteish pink rodent covered in spikes. However, his eyes are a pale blue colour, and he has a ring of dark purple-pink spots around his eyes. His mark is located on his left leg, and is the same dark purple as his spots.

Personality: Brave for his size, Apollo quite enjoys charging things more than twice his size if they annoy him. At times, however, he can become rather shy (he's still young after all) and refuse to speak. His bond with his counterpart is quite strong, and he will siphon away any pain she may feel into himself.

Name: Ivy


Gender: Female


Age: 19 (in Pokemon years, of course)


Species: Leafeon


Appearance: She's a normal-looking Leafeon for the most part. Her leaves change color with the seasons (Light green for Spring, dark green for Summer, orange for Fall, and brown for winter). Oh, and her birthmark is located on her upper left hind leg.


Personality: A bit shy, she's often scared to share her opinions and admit her true feelings, in fear that she won't be accepted. However, she is also incredibly empathetic and sensitive to the emotions of her friends, so is unlikely to be a cause of conflict in a group, though to people she doesn't know well, she can be a bit harsh. In intense situations, she is ironically much calmer and level-headed.

Age: 13 or so.

Species: Minun

Appearance: Pretty much a normal Minun, although his blue parts are more of a royal blue. Has rather long ears, and a II on his tail.

Personality: A bit shy and unsocial, but still manages to open up around friends.
He has a slight phobia of large crowds or new people.

Name: Serenity
Gender: Female
Age: 12 in Pokemon years.
Species: Plusle
Appearance: Serenity looks like a normal Plusle, with the exception of that nice roman numeral II located on her tail.
Personality: Serenity is, contrary to her name, a very hyperactive and eccentric Plusle. She loves to goof off and joke around, playing the occasional prank on an unsuspecting victim.
Bio: When Serenity first hatched from her egg, the first thing that anyone noticed was that roman numeral II situated on her tail in plain sight. Her parents were bewildered at the strange marking, but paid it no mind. Several years later, it was discovered that those with the strange birthmark were being hunted down for an unknown reason. She was outcast from her family and has recently taken to aimlessly wandering the forests.

Gender: Female

Age: 16

Species: Miltank

Appearance: Silver's roman numeral is located on the back of her left shoulder. Her tail is also longer than usual.

Personality: Silver is rather timid but caring, always willing to help those in need. She never hesitates to offer MooMoo Milk to a Pokémon who's hurt, whether it's physical or emotional pain. Being very modest, she always thinks of others before herself. She's careful, especially when healing, and usually is hard on herself if she fails. Silver never accepts anything less than her best work. She also is rather artistic.

Bio: She was born on a wild plain with a herd of Miltank and Tauros; however, she was driven out after the Pokémon had figured out the meaning of the roman numeral II on her back. Her herd had been attacked by a group of Gligar, and three died, including her mother. Her father became serious and hostile, and maybe even a bit insane. This made Silver timid.

Name: Ruin

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Species: Tauros

Appearance: His roman numeral is located on his right hip. He has a larger head than usual and a fluffier mane.

Personality: Ruin is confident and likes to fight, although he doesn't do so without being told to. He always wants to settle arguments because he doesn't want Pokemon to blame each other for getting hurt in events that aren't real battles started by both of the Pokemon agreeing on it. He isn't usually very good with words, though, and this is one of his flaws for his conflicting peaceful nature. He can be a bit energetic at times but is a slightly well-rounded friend to have.

Bio: His name comes not from his slightly morose nature but because of his relation to a large compound of tough stone ruins.

Name: Bedivere (sometimes called Vere)


Gender: Male


Age: 17


Species: Gallade


Appearance: A perfectly normal Gallade, except for the roman number II on his right lower arm.


Personality: Bedivere is a calm Pokémon, but he's actually easy to taunt. He tends to get in trouble because of that, although he do everything in is might to protect his friends and those he likes.

Name: Elegance

Gender: Female

Age: 14 in human years

Species: Espeon

Appearance: A lightish Blue coloured Espeon. The II mark is in Elegance's gem which is a light purple. her tail is longer than normal Espeon's and the split is longer too.

Personality: Elegance used to be a friendly Eevee but when she evolved and was ditched by her mum and dad who had sworn to always be with her and care for her she turned more serious but she kept her strong sense of humour, laughing at the slightest thing.

She always tries her best to help lost or hurt Pokemon as she feels she had suffered and the same should not happen to others. She used to value having the connection between her and Umbreon as it made her feel special but now she is only wishing it would disappear forever so she could live a normal life.

Bio: Elegance is well...elegant and quite likes to be praised for that or anything really. She used to live with her parents and their clan but now she was ditched after the II sign's meaning was made clear.

She has always been in contact with Umbreon like an internet friend and wishes to oneday meet him/her.

Gender: Female

Species: Nidoran (F)

Appearance: Edit picture in later. Her mark is on her belly.

Personality: After being forced to leave, her sense of self became shaking. At times she will be a quiet and calm girl, at others she becomes a raging and hateful girl that wishes to pay back her so called "friends" for abandoning her. She is a natural hunter and forager, which helps when in the wild

Bio: Once living on the outskirts of a Daycare, raised around many other pokemon and was very fun loving. When she was forced to leave her home by her parents, her heart broke into many peices, the love she once had with her friends shattered because of their fear. She roams the wild, searching for her other half in hopes to feel "whole" once more.

Name: Vai (Virus)

Gender: Female

Age: 14

Species: Glaceon?

Appearance: A storm-blue Glaceon, the normally dark blue parts on her are black. Her number is on her left ear.

Personality: Kind of the opposite of Ivy. She is brave, and unafraid to tell someone what she wants. Virus makes rash decisions and bad choices pretty often, and is protective of her friends. She doesn't care what people think of her.

Name: Twilight

Gender: Male

Age: 14 (in human years, 2 years 4 months in real time)

Species: Umbreon

Appearance: Twilight is large and somewhat husky for an Umbreon, showing well-developed muscles. His fur is mostly black and somewhat scruffy looking, and his rings are the same light-blue color as Elegance's fur. His forehead ring looks rather deformed, looking somewhat like a II.

Personality: Twilight is quite calm and deliberate. He has been on his own nearly all his life and has grown mostly cynical and cold to the rest of the world. Except when it comes to Elegance. Although he's never met her, he feels like he's known her all his life. She's given him meaning to an otherwise lonely life.

Biography: Twilight never knew his father, who had disappeared before he was born. He was raised by his mother, an Espeon who he remembers was 'warm and caring.' He had 4 siblings from the same litter, two of which didn't survive their first month. However, when he was only 4 months old, his mother was killed by a pack of Scythers. He and his remaining two siblings scattered, and he hasn't heard of them since, not knowing whether they made it or not. He managed to survive,being forced to quickly learn to fend for himself.
