My personal favourite is from the "Sign Here Please, (if There's Room)" category:

Albrecht Franz Joseph Carl Friedrich Georg (sic) Hubert Maria Hpsburg-Lothingen, who was the Archduke of Austria and Prince of Hungary. O_o

That was pretty accurate, except for the second one needs to be "reading YOUTUBE COMMENTS may cause irrepairable damage to your faith in humanity"
