• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • Because even interpretations must be interpreted!

Haha help is not needed. You don't even need to edit it! :D Keep it as it is.
(because right now I interpret that as "sex? *yawns and falls back asleep*" and that amuses me)
Not interpreting interpretations takes less time than interpreting interpretations.

... did you realize the typo you just made?
    Interpreting takes time.

It's a guy waking up at 7am and going back to sleep. Surely you've done that before!
Actually wait I'm not sure since you're a morning person
It still takes a lot more time than skimming!

What's so o_O;;? That you're bordering on psychic? That's something to be proud of!
    Close reading takes time. ):

    Yup. Here!

Mmhm, because slow mopey ballads always have intense guitar.
    Meanwhile *wastes time on TVtropes*
When I read, I skim, and all I saw was "interpretating interpret interpretation interpretation interpretationinterpretationinterpretation"

Nono, it's SEVEN AM AND I GO BACK TO SLEEP

... 8D; Korean slow mopey ballads. Mostly by 2AM.
    *slinks away*
But how does no interpretation make it easier to interpret? You have to interpret from scratch, then!

SEVEN AM WAKIN' UP IN THE MORNING
GOTTA BE FRESH GOTTA GO DOWNSTAIRS
    (shoot me now)

Heh, I'll listen to it later, when my family isn't around. I'm the one who listens to slow, mopey ballads so my family will probably rush to my room to see what's going on.
Without interpretation it is hard to interpret!

Yup. It was /amazing/. He did it really, really well. Unfortunately I have no idea where he's gone, but if I miraculously run into him one day then I will tell him (if I remember)

Haha, it's okay. :P ... well get something else stuck in your head! Like the Pokerap!
Yup, without form, stuff becomes... well. Harder to interpret, let's say.

Oh nono, I'd never have the courage to do /that/, haha. Although at the music banquet when I was in grade 9, one of the grade 12s did the Pokemon rap in front of an audience!

... holy crap bulbasaur I think my speakers may have just blasted my ears out ;~; It'd be nice next time to have a bit of warning of what was in the link.
Bahaha, perhaps! I think they do "what feels right /without form/" or something, but... I can't claim to understand them, nope.

Well, we were assembled and getting ready to walk into the... main room stage thingy. The gifties were assembled at the leftmost side, a bit away from the non-gifties. While waiting ABCD and I got bored and began singing the theme song. Funny (and sad) thing is that our fellow gifties didn't find this unusual or annoying at all, except for the person between us, who was screaming at us to shut up.
Yeah, you don't have to go overboard on the details or anything. I've been following Homestuck since the start, and even I was confused by that linked entry. Fan-made wikis.... they really make me facepalm sometimes.
... I dunno the /rules/, per se. I just go with what feels right. That's... pretty much how I do all my art, haha.

Did I tell you about the time I sang the Pokemon theme song at middle school graduation? :D It was great.

    Thanks, and I'll try.
Well no, not necessarily. Like... red and green! You could use yellow as a binding colours.

Was I supposed to think of the Pokemon theme song? Because for some reason I did.

At this point, I dunno. They said I might be called in at later dates to testify more.
Like... white or black, grey, brown... maybe some in-between colour, it really depends on the circumstances! Just so that the colours don't clash and work nicely together.

    *scours the land*

Oh no, not that. My fever's gone. I had some court prep thing today and the court date is approaching fast and... ugh. Just not really feeling up to things in general.
... a bit? But if you just mash secondary colours together like that with no binding colours, then it looks pretty ugly ):

    *gets out belt*
((As far as I can tell, no, it isn't. Not anymore, at least.))
